Hot/Cold Convertible Drop-In Unit

Refrigerated Cold Operation

• Adjustable pan supports lower inset pan 3” to comply with NSF-7 performance

• Air-cooled condensing unit has R404a refrigerant (CFC free)

• Front panel access to temperature and function controls

• Drop-in, refrigerated cold pan designed to hold per-chilled products at pre-set serving temperature

Warmer Options

• Automatic water ﬁll maintains the proper water level through the use of a water sensor and solenoid valve

• Large 1” drain

• Designed for wet operation only

Features

• Automatic water ﬁll and high limit thermostat element protection for hot operation

• Efﬁcient electric immersion heaters meet NSF-4 performance requirements

• Single control switch for changing from hot to cold operation

• Five models available, 2,3,4,5,6 well conﬁgurations

• Designed for installation into wood or metal counter ﬁxture.
