+/-240VDC Backup Battery Pack — You Provide the BatteriesThe BP480V65-NIB is compatible only
with Tripp Lite’s 3-phase S3M30KX-NIB, S3M40KX-NIB, S3M60KX, S3M80KX, S3M100KX, S3M120KX,
S3M160KX, S3M200KX and other UPS systems that specify the use of this battery pack. The UPS battery
pack includes the steel enclosure and all required internal wiring and accessories for a quantity of 40 usersupplied 65Ah internal batteries (batteries not included). For the same battery pack with internal batteries
included, see Tripp Lite’s BP480V65.
Daisy-Chain Multiple Cabinets for Even Longer Extended-Run OperationMultiple battery pack
cabinets may be connected in parallel to provide the 3-phase UPS system with more runtime. Up to three
external battery packs may be connected to the S3M30KX-NIB, S3M40KX-NIB, S3M60KX and S3M80KX.
The S3M100KX, S3M120KX, S3M160KX and S3M200KX units can handle as many as seven BP480V65NIBs connected in parallel. Hardwire installation is safe and simple. Circuit breakers provide overcurrent
protection. Internal disconnect for battery isolation is included.
