Exte rior to p is c onstructed of one-piece 16 -gauge stainless steel, w ith inte-
gral 2.12" (5. 4c m) high square no sing at the front, and 4" (10 .2 cm) high by
2" (5.1c m) deep backsplash at the rear. Top has opening for use w ith 1 / 6
size pans. Pans and adapter bars supplied by o thers. Pans are rec essed 3 ”
(7.6c m) or 2” (5.1 cm) and rest on adjustable pan supports. Pan opening
has 20-gauge stainless steel removable co ver. Temperature in top o pening maintains 33° F (1° C) to 41 ° F (5° C), w ith pans recessed 3” (7.6 cm),
at 86°F ambient room temperature, m eeting NSF7 requirements.
Exte rior back and bo ttom are 24 -gauge galvanized steel. Exterior ends are
18 -gauge galvanized steel.
Base interior has 22 -gauge stainless steel back and bottom . Interior ends
and do or frames are thermo formed ABS plastic. Base is insulated w ith 1 .5 "
(3.8c m) of high-density foamed-in-place po lyurethane.
Door(s) have a 2 2-gauge stainless steel exterior front, with a thermo-
formed ABS plastic interior liner. Do or(s) have a black rec essed handle and
a snap-in magnetic gasket w hic h is easily replaceable.
Base has a machine compartment, standard o n the right, co ndensing unit
with co ndensate evaporator and an elec trical junction box installed.
Machine c o mpartment has a louver for acc ess to c o ndensing unit. Blower
co il(s) are loc ated behind the doo r mullions, and refrigerate the cabinet.
Refrigeration system uses HFC-404A refrigerant, and maintains 3 6° F (2° C)
to 4 0°F (4°C ) interior c abinet temperature in the base.
Unit is mounted o n 6 .1 3" (1 5.6c m) high adjustable stainless steel legs.
Electrical connections are 115 vo lts, 60 Hertz, single phase. Unit has a
8' (2 .4 m) long co rd and plug.
