1. Setting the Time
(1) Pull the crown out to the first click when the second hand reaches the 0 seconds
position.
* The color display where the
windows in the dial are visible
stops simultaneous to pulling out
the crown to the first click.
(2) Turn the crown to set the time.
(3) When the crown is returned to the
normal position in synchronization
with a standard time signal and so
forth, the second hand starts to
move and the watch begins to keep
the correct time.
* The color display begins to rotate
simultaneous to movement of the
second hand.
* The above explanation uses an illustration of a typical model. The shape, position
and so forth of the window through which the color display is visible varies
depending on the particular model.

[Important Hint for Correctly Setting the Time]
* The time can be set more accurately by advancing the minute hand past the
correct time by about 4-5 minutes and then returning to the correct time
followed by pushing in the crown in synchronization with a standard time
signal and so forth.
<Color Display>
This watch uses a color disk that rotates for 1 minute together with the second
hand located beneath the watch dial. Although not presenting a problem during
the course of normal use, since the watch may temporarily run slow or fast if
subjected to a strong impact, handle the watch with care at all times. Furthermore,
if the watch should happen to run slow or fast, reset the time to the correct time.
