Quick Reference

Load the battery.

Viewfinder Frames

Nomenclature
For normal photography, use this frame to compose your shots.

Close-up frame

When the shooting distance is between 0.6 and 1 m (2 and 3.3 ft.), compose your picture within this frame. The area above this frame wili not be inciuded in the picture. H21)

Holding the Camera
To ensure a clear sharp picture, hold the camera firmly so that it does not move when you take a picture.
•Hold the camera with both hands and brace your elbows lightly against your body,
• Rest the camera against your forehead, look through the viewfinder and then slowly and gently press the shutter button.
• When you hold the camera, take care to keep your fingers, your hair and the strap away from the lens, AF emitter/sensor, light metering sensor and flash
■ Dust or soiling on the AF

• Hold the camera still until you hear the sound of the film winding on, indicating that the camera has finished taking the picture.

D] Loading the Battery

Applicable Battery: One lithium battery (CR123A)

Open the battery cover.

• To open, insert a coin into

the slot.

Load the battery.

• Align the + and - terminals correctly and insert the battery bottom (- end) first
Replace the battery
cover.

the LCD panel

Loading the Film
Open the back cover.
• Push the lever down.
Load the film.
Film guides

Position the film correctly between the film guides.
Pull the film out to the .GI^I (film leader position indicator).
• Make sure that there is no slack in the film when you pull It out
