No. Item Description
Prevention of cleaner lock In order to prevent locking of the cleaner due to toner blocking, the speed

of the fixing feeder fan was changed to full speed.
Also, in order to respond to complaints on noise from users, a mode was
added to switch the fan speed to full speed only in high humidity
environments or when room temperature is 29°C or higher, and to half
speed in normal environments.
Service mode : COPIER/OPTION/BODY/FX-FANSW

altitude (low atmospheric
pressure) environment
Changed output so that tray A output is output from tray B if 1 page data is
flushed out of the printer by sort, because of requests from the field. Also,
compatibility with reverse-direction printing by way of the copy paper
sort/non-sort with an attached header.
Sort: Output to tray B with total face-down delivery
Non-sort: Output to tray A with face-up delivery with one document, and
face-down delivery with multiple documents
A problem was corrected in which the polygon motor was switched
between full and half speed in quiet mode but where rotation would not
drop due to low atmospheric pressure.
