Congratulations! You have purchased one of the finest electric pressure wash­ers available. It has been designed and manufactured to provide years of reli­able service.
Please read this manual carefully before attempting to operate or maintain the product described. Protect yourself and others by observing all safety informa­tion. SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS
When using this product, basic precau­tions should always be followed, including the following:
1. Read all instructions before using the product.
2. To reduce the risk of injury, close supervision is necessary when a product is used near children.
3. Know how to stop this product and bleed pressure quickly. Be thor­oughly familiar with the controls.
4. Stay alert - Watch what you are doing.
5. Do not operate the product when fatigued or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
6. Keep operation area clear of all per­sons.
7. Do not overreach or stand on unsta­ble support. Keep good footing and balance at all times.
8. Follow the maintenance instructions specified in the manual.
9. This product shall be connected to a power supply receptacle protected by a ground fault circuit interrupter.
Electrical shock hazard.
NEVER direct water spray toward the
power washer or any electrical out­let connection.
NEVER operate the power washer
during thunderstorms, or in the rain.
Keep all connections dry and off the
ground.
This product is provided with a GFCI
for your safety. However, ALWAYS disconnect power before disassem­bling or repairing the unit.
Inspect cord and GFCI prior to use.
Any repair or replacement of the power cord must be performed by a qualified (licensed or certified) elec­trical technician.
Do not carry the unit while it is in
use.
This product requires a grounded
120V, 15 Amp circuit.
If the power receptacles available
will not fit this equipment’s power cord, then have an appropriate power receptacle installed by a certi­fied electrician.
The electrical components of this
equipment are to be serviced only by qualified technicians.
Do not modify any of the electrical
components of this equipment.
No power cord adapter should be
used with this equipment.
Check with a qualified electrician
or service person if the grounding instructions are not completely understood or you are in doubt as to whether the equipment is prop­erly grounded.

Injection hazard.
Keep clear of nozzle. NEVER direct
high pressure spray at any person, animal or self.
Always wear safety glasses or goggles
and protective clothing.
Explosion hazard.
NEVER spray flammable liquids or use
pressure washer in areas containing combustible dust, liquids or vapors.
Equipment damage.
ALWAYS turn water supply “ON”
before turning pressure washer “ON”. Running pump dry causes
serious damage.
NEVER allow the unit to run with the
trigger released (off) for more than one minute. Resulting heat buildup will damage pump.
NEVER store the pressure washer
outdoors or where it could freeze. The pump will be seriously damaged.
Release the trigger when changing
from high to low pressure modes.
Failure to do so could result in damage to the nozzle.
If an extension cord is needed, the
appropriate wire sizes must be used (See chart).
This unit must always be used in the
horizontal position.
EXTENSION CORDS
If using an exten-
sion cord, use only grounded, three wire extension cords that are in good condition.
Use only extension cords that are intend­ed for outdoor use. These extension cords are identified by a marking “Acceptable for use with outdoor appli­ances; store indoors while not in use”. Use only extension cords having an elec­trical rating not less than the rating of the product.
Do not use damaged extension cords. Examine extension cord before using and replace if damaged. Do not abuse exten-
sion cord and do not pull on the cord to disconnect. Keep cord away from heat and sharp edges. Always disconnect the cord from the receptacle before discon­necting the product from the extension cord.
Note: Do not use 16 or 18 AWG exten­sion cords on this product.

Adjustable Wrench
1. Set plastic spacer (included in parts pack) on workbench (Figure 1).
2. Place “star shaped” retaining ring on the spacer (tangs pointing down) (Figure 2).
3. Tap the retaining ring onto the axle (Figure 3 & 4).
4. Put both wheels on axle, solid sides together (Figure 5).
5. Attach opposite ring in the same manner (Figure 6).
6. Slide wheels out and snap axle into place on the underside of body (Figure 7).
7. Snap wheel covers on the wheel.
8. Attach foot to front of pressure wash­er body (Figure 7).
9. Hook up chemical suction hose to the tip on the bottom of the handle (Figure 8).
10. Attach black handle with enclosed screws and washers (Figure 9).

THINGS TO REMEMBER
1. Always check the inlet filter for debris.
2. Always reset the Ground Circuit Interrupter (GFCI) each time the unit is plugged into an outlet.
3. Never direct a single point spray at a soft or breakable surface.
GARDEN HOSE CONNECTION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Attach nipple adapter to inlet fit­ting on the unit.
2. Attach quick connect to garden hose.
3. Pull side “A” of quick connect toward garden hose and push onto nipple adapter.
4. Push side “A” of quick connect towards nipple adapter and release.
SYSTEM CONNECTION
1. Ensure that the power switch is in the OFF position.
2. Attach high pressure hose and gun assembly to the unit.
3. Insert lance into the gun and turn clockwise to positive stop as shown in Figure 11.
4. Connect garden hose as explained in the Garden Hose Connection Instructions.
5. Plug the power cord into a ground­ed outlet and press the reset button on the GFCI as shown in Figure 12. THIS MUST BE DONE EACH TIME THE UNIT IS PLUGGED INTO AN OUTLET.
6. Turn the water on.
7. Trigger the gun for 1 minute to release pressure and to remove any air trapped in the system.
8. Turn the OFF/ON switch to the ON position.
The pressure washer is now ready to use on your cleaning application. Please refer to Figure 13 for nozzle fan adjustment.
DETERGENT APPLICATION
1. Remove the cap from the detergent tank and pour in UNDILUTED pres­sure washer detergent. Replace cap.
2. Turn the OFF/ON switch to the ON position.
3. Slide nozzle to the low pressure position as shown in Figure 14 and apply detergent.
IMPORTANT: Unit will only apply detergent when adjustable nozzle is used and the nozzle is in the low pressure position.
4. To rinse or return to high pressure, release the trigger and slide the nozzle to the high pressure position. NEVER SLIDE THE NOZZLE FROM LOW TO HIGH OR HIGH TO LOW PRESSURE WHEN THE GUN IS TRIG­GERED.
1. Never store unit outdoors or where it could freeze.
2. LONG STORAGE PERIODS: When the unit is stored for more than 2 months, run a mixture of 50% antifreeze and water through the pump as follows:
--Remove the high pressure hose and garden hose from the pump.
--Tilt the unit on its side and turn the OFF/ON switch to the ON position.
--Pour 1 cup of the 50% antifreeze and water mixture into the inlet side of the pump.
--Turn the unit OFF. It is now ready for storage.

Limited Warranty
1. DURATION: From the date of purchase by the original purchaser as follows: Standard Duty Products - One Year, Serious Duty Products - Two Years, Extreme Duty Products - Three Years.
2. WHO GIVES THIS WARRANTY (WARRANTOR): Campbell Hausfeld / Scott Fetzer Company, 100 Production Drive, Harrison, Ohio, 45030, Telephone: 1-800-330-0712
3. WHO RECEIVES THIS WARRANTY (PURCHASER): The original purchaser (other than for purposes of resale) of the Campbell Hausfeld product.
4. WHAT PRODUCTS ARE COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY: Any Campbell Hausfeld pressure washer supplied or manufactured by Warrantor.
5. WHAT IS COVERED UNDER THIS WARRANTY: Defects on material and workmanship which occur within the duration of the warranty period.
6. WHAT IS NOT COVERED UNDER THIS WARRANTY: A. Implied warranties, including those of merchantability and FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE LIMITED FROM
THE DATE OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE AS STATED IN THE DURATION. If this product is used for commercial, industrial or rental purposes, the warranty will apply for ninety (90) day from the date of purchase. Some States do not allow limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
B. ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS, DAMAGE, OR EXPENSE THAT MAY RESULT FROM ANY
DEFECT, FAILURE, OR MALFUNCTION OF THE CAMPBELL HAUSFELD PRODUCT. Some States do not allow the exclu­sion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
C. Any failure that results from an accident, purchaser’s abuse, neglect or failure to operate products in accordance
with instructions provided in the owner’s manual(s) supplied with product. D. Pre-delivery service, i.e. assembly, oil or lubricants, and adjustment. E. Normal adjustments or expendable items which are explained in the owner’s manual(s) provided with the product. F. Items or service that are normally required to maintain the product. G. Electric motor and gasoline engine components are expressly excluded from coverage under this limited warranty.
Such components should be returned by the purchaser to the original manufacturer or to its authorized repair
stations for service.
7. RESPONSIBILITIES OF WARRANTOR UNDER THIS WARRANTY: Repair or replace, at Warrantor’s option, products or components which are defective, have malfunctioned and/or failed to conform within duration of the warranty period.
8. RESPONSIBILITIES OF PURCHASER UNDER THIS WARRANTY: A. Deliver or ship the Campbell Hausfeld product or component to the nearest Campbell Hausfeld Authorized Service
Center. Freight costs, if any, must be borne by the purchaser.
B. Use reasonable care in the operation and maintenance of the products as described in the owner’s manual(s).
9. WHEN WARRANTOR WILL PERFORM REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT UNDER THIS WARRANTY: A. Repair or replacement will be scheduled and serviced according to the normal work flow at the servicing location, and depending on the availability of replacement parts.
B. If the purchaser does not receive satisfactory results from the Authorized Service Center, the purchaser should contact the
Campbell Hausfeld Product Service Department (see paragraph 2).
Limited warranty applies in the U.S. and Canada only and gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state or country to country.
