die Bedienungsanleitung und
die Sicherheitshinweise vollständig lesen und die darin enthaltenen Anweisungen strikt befolgen. Zusätzlich müssen die
allgemeinen Sicherheitshinweise im beigefügten Heft befolgt werden. Lassen Sie sich
vor dem ersten Gebrauch praktisch einweisen.
Wird bei der Arbeit das Netzkabel
beschädigt oder durchtrennt, Kabel
nicht berühren, sondern sofort den
Netzstecker ziehen. Gerät niemals
mit beschädigtem Kabel benutzen.
Aus Sicherheitsgründen vor
Arbeitsbeginn die ordnungsgemäße Funktion des FI-Schutzschalters überprüfen. Beschädigten FI-Schutzschalter und beschädigtes Kabel sachgemäß bei einer
Bosch-Kundendienststelle reparieren oder auswechseln lassen.

■ Niemals Kindern die Benutzung des Gerätes
gestatten.
■ Beim Arbeiten das Gerät immer fest mit beiden
Händen halten und für einen sicheren Stand
sorgen.
■ Kabel immer nach hinten vom Gerät wegfüh-
ren.
■ Das Gerät nur eingeschaltet gegen das Werk-
stück führen.
■ Gerät vor dem Ablegen immer ausschalten
und auslaufen lassen.
■ Gerät nicht im Schraubstock festspannen.
■ Nicht in verborgene Bereiche bohren,
schneiden oder sägen, in denen Elektro-,
Gas- oder Wasserleitungen liegen können.
Geeignete Suchgeräte verwenden, um
diese Leitungen aufzuspüren, oder die örtliche Versorgungsgesellschaft hinzuziehen.
Kontakt mit Elektroleitungen kann zu Feuer
und elektrischem Schlag führen. Beschädigung einer Gasleitung kann zur Explosion führen. Eindringen in eine Wasserleitung verursacht Sachbeschädigung oder kann elektrischen Schlag verursachen.
■ Anweisungen des Herstellers zur Montage
und Verwendung der Diamant-Trennscheiben
beachten.
■ Nur Diamant-Trennscheiben verwenden, de-
ren zulässige Drehzahl mindestens so hoch ist
wie die Leerlaufdrehzahl des Gerätes.
■ Diamant-Trennscheiben vor dem Gebrauch
überprüfen. Die Diamant-Trennscheiben müssen einwandfrei montiert sein und sich frei drehen können. Probelauf mindestens 30 Sekunden ohne Belastung durchführen. Beschädigte, unrunde oder vibrierende DiamantTrennscheiben nicht verwenden.
■ Abmessungen der Diamant-Trennscheiben
beachten. Lochdurchmesser muss zum Aufnahmeflansch 13 passen. Keine Reduzierstü-
cke oder Adapter verwenden.
■ Diamant-Trennscheiben vor Schlag, Stoß und
Fett schützen.
■ Asbesthaltiges Material darf nicht bearbeitet
werden.
■ Hände weg von der rotierenden Diamant-
Trennscheibe.
■ Blockieren der Trennscheibe führt zur ruckarti-
gen Reaktionskraft des Gerätes. In diesem
Fall Gerät sofort ausschalten.
■ Vorsicht! Diamant-Trennscheiben laufen nach
Ausschalten des Gerätes noch nach. Diamant-Trennscheiben keinem seitlichen Druck
aussetzen.
■ Vorsicht! Diamant-Trennscheiben werden
beim Arbeiten sehr heiß; nicht anfassen bevor
sie abgekühlt sind.
■ Bosch kann nur dann eine einwandfreie Funktion des Gerätes zusichern, wenn für dieses
Gerät vorgesehenes Original-Zubehör verwendet wird.
Das Gerät ist bestimmt, bei fester Auflage mit
dem Führungsschlitten waagerecht in überwiegend mineralischen Werkstoffen wie zum Beispiel Marmor im Nass- oder Trockenschnitt zu
trennen oder zu schlitzen. Das Gerät ist nicht geeignet zum Schneiden in Wänden und Decken.
■ Vor allen Arbeiten am Gerät Netzstecker
ziehen.
■ Schutzhandschuhe tragen.
Einsetzen
Aufnahmeflansch 13 auf die Motorspindel 12 setzen. Diamant-Trennscheibe 15 auf die Motor-
spindel 12 setzen und mit Spannmutter 16 fest-
ziehen. Dazu den Aufnahmeflansch 13 mit Ga-
belschlüssel 14 festhalten.
Beim Einbau beachten: Pfeilrichtung auf
Schutzhaube 6 und Diamant-Trennscheibe 15
müssen übereinstimmen.
Entnehmen
Aufnahmeflansch 13 mit Gabelschlüssel 14 festhalten und Spannmutter 16 mit Zweilochschlüs-
sel 17 lösen.
☞
Achtung: Linksgewinde!
Spannmutter 16 und Aufnahmeflansch 13 ab-
nehmen und reinigen.

■ Das Gerät darf beim Nass-Schnitt nur mit
Wasserkühlung betrieben werden.
Schlauchset 18
Eventuell montierten Wassertank 1 nach oben
abnehmen. Adapter auf den Wasserhahn
schrauben und den Schlauch fest auf den
Schlauchnippel 19 stecken.
Das Gerät hat ein Ventil, das den Wasserzufluss
für die Kühlung regelt. Das Ventil wird aktiviert,
sobald das Gerät eingeschaltet wird.
Wassertank 1
Den Wassertank 1 auf die Vorderseite des
Griffs 4 setzen und nach unten drücken. Darauf
achten, dass das Loch mit der Gummibuchse
und der Schlauchnippel 19 übereinstimmen.
☞
Mindestfüllmenge nicht unterschreiten - die
auf dem Wassertank 1 angebrachte Mar-
kierung beachten.
■ Das Gerät darf im Trockenschnitt nur mit
Staubabsaugung betrieben werden.
Beim Arbeiten entstehende
Stäube können gesundheitsschädlich, brennbar oder explosiv sein. Geeignete Schutzmaßnahmen sind erforderlich.
Zum Beispiel: Manche Stäube
gelten als krebserregend. Geeignete Staub-/Späneabsaugung
verwenden und Staubschutzmaske tragen.
Fremdabsaugung
Das Gerät kann direkt an die Steckdose eines
Bosch-Allzwecksaugers mit Fernstarteinrichtung
angeschlossen werden. Dieser wird beim Einschalten des Gerätes automatisch gestartet.
Der Staubsauger muss für den zu bearbeitenden
Werkstoff geeignet sein.
Beim Absaugen von besonders gesundheitsgefährdenden, krebserzeugenden, trockenen Stäuben ist ein Spezialsauger zu verwenden.
Bosch bietet geeignete Sauger für alle zu bearbeitenden Werkstoffe an.
Zur Fremdabsaugung mittels Staubsauger muss
ggf. ein Absaugadapter verwendet werden (siehe
Zubehör). Absaugadapter bzw. Saugschlauchstutzen fest aufstecken.
Flügelschraube 21 lösen.
Gerät seitlich schwenken, bis gewünschter
Schnittwinkel an Skala 20 eingestellt ist.
Flügelschraube 21 wieder festziehen.
Hinweis: Bei Gehrungsschnitten ist die Schnitt-
tiefe kleiner als der angezeigte Wert auf der
Schnitttiefenskala 8.
Zum Verstellen der Schnitttiefe die Flügelschraube 9 lösen und die Steinsäge von der
Grundplatte heben bzw. zur Grundplatte absenken:
Anheben ➡ kleinere Schnitttiefe
Absenken ➡ größere Schnitttiefe
Das gewünschte Maß an der Schnitttiefenskala 8
einstellen.
Flügelschraube 9 wieder festziehen.
Um einen optimalen Schnitt zu erzielen, muss die
Diamant-Trennscheibe 2 mm aus dem Material
herausragen.
Hinweis: Bei Gehrungsschnitten ist die Schnitttiefe kleiner als der angezeigte Wert auf der
Schnitttiefenskala 8.

Netzspannung beachten: Die Spannung der
Stromquelle muss mit den Angaben auf dem
Typschild des Gerätes übereinstimmen. Mit
230 V gekennzeichnete Geräte können auch an
220 V betrieben werden.
Funktionstest FI-Schutzschalter 5
Aus Sicherheitsgründen vor Arbeitsbeginn die
ordnungsgemäße Funktion des FI-Schutzschalters 5 überprüfen:
– „RESET“-Taste am FI-Schutzschalter drü-
cken.
Betriebsbereitschaft des Schutzschalters wird
durch Leuchten der roten Kontrolllampe angezeigt.
– „TEST“-Taste drücken.
Kontrolllampe muss erlöschen.
– „RESET“-Taste am FI-Schutzschalter drü-
cken.
Einschalten:
Einschaltsperre 2 betätigen.
Ein-/Ausschalter 3 drücken und gedrückt halten.
Hinweis: Der Ein-/Ausschalter 3 kann nicht arre-
tiert werden.
Ausschalten:
Ein-/Ausschalter 3 loslassen.
Schutzbrille, Gehörschutz und

Schutzhandschuhe und festes
Schuhwerk tragen.
■ Werkstück einspannen, sofern es nicht
durch sein Eigengewicht sicher liegt.
■ Das Gerät nicht so stark belasten, dass es
zum Stillstand kommt.
■ Vorsicht! Diamant-Trennscheiben werden
beim Arbeiten sehr heiß; nicht anfassen
bevor sie abgekühlt sind.
Beim Trennschleifen nicht drücken, nicht verkanten, nicht oszillieren. Mit mäßigem, dem zu bearbeitenden Material angepassten Vorschub arbeiten.
Auslaufende Trennschleifscheiben nicht durch
seitliches Gegendrücken abbremsen.
Die 0°-Schnittmarkierung 10 zeigt die Position
der Diamant-Trennscheibe bei rechtwinkligem
Schnitt.
Für optimale Ergebnisse wird die Verwendung
der speziell für die Steinsäge abgestimmten Diamant-Trennscheiben empfohlen. Diese erreichen
eine höhere Standzeit und bringen bessere Arbeitsergnisse.
Die Verwendung der hochwertigen DiamantTrennscheiben Ø 125 mm aus dem Bosch-Winkelschleifer-Zubehörprogramm ist möglich.
Richtung des Schnittes
Wichtig ist die Richtung, nach der man trennt.
Das Gerät muss stets im Gegenlauf arbeiten;
deshalb das Gerät nach vorne schieben! Es besteht sonst die Gefahr, dass es unkontrolliert
aus dem Schnitt gedrückt wird.

Gerät und Lüftungsschlitze stets sauber
halten, um gut und sicher zu arbeiten.
Sollte das Gerät trotz sorgfältiger Herstellungsund Prüfverfahren einmal ausfallen, ist die Reparatur von einer autorisierten Kundendienststelle
für Bosch-Elektrowerkzeuge ausführen zu lassen.
Bei allen Rückfragen und Ersatzteilbestellungen
bitte unbedingt die 10-stellige Bestellnummer laut
Typenschild des Gerätes angeben.
Für Bosch-Geräte leisten wir Garantie gemäß
den gesetzlichen/länderspezifischen Bestimmungen (Nachweis durch Rechnung oder Lieferschein).
Schäden, die auf natürliche Abnützung, Überlastung oder unsachgemäße Behandlung zurückzuführen sind, bleiben von der Garantie ausgeschlossen.
Beanstandungen können nur anerkannt werden,
wenn Sie das Gerät unzerlegt an den Lieferer
oder an eine Bosch-Kundendienstwerkstätte für
Druckluft- oder Elektrowerkzeuge senden.
Rohstoffrückgewinnung statt Müllentsorgung
Gerät, Zubehör und Verpackung sollten einer
umweltgerechten Wiederverwertung zugeführt
werden.
Diese Anleitung ist aus chlorfrei gefertigtem Recycling-Papier hergestellt.

Working safely with this machine is possible only when the
operating and safety information
are read completely and the instructions contained therein are
strictly followed. In addition, the
general safety notes in the enclosed booklet must be observed. Before using for the first
time, ask for a practical demonstration.
If the mains cable is damaged or
cut through while working, do not
touch the cable but immediately
pull the mains plug. Never use the
machine with a damaged cable.
For safety reasons, before commencing work, check that the residual current device is functioning
properly. If the machine has a damaged residual current device or
damaged cable it must be repaired
by the Bosch service centre.
Wear protective goggles, ear protection and a dust protection mask.
Wear protective gloves and sturdy
shoes.
When necessary, also wear an
apron.

■ Never allow children to use the machine.
■ When working with the machine, always hold it
firmly with both hands and provide for a secure
stance.
■ Always direct the cable to the rear away from
the machine.
■ Apply the machine to the workpiece only when
switched on.
■ Always switch off the machine and allow to
come to a stop before placing it down.
■ Do not clamp the machine in a vice.
■ Do not drill, fasten or cut into blind areas
where electric, gas or water lines may exist.
Use appropriate detectors to determine if
these lines are hidden in the work area or
call the local utility company for assistance.
Contacting electric lines may cause fire or
electric shock. Striking a gas line will probably
result in explosion. Breaking into a water pipe
will cause property damage or may cause an
electric shock.
■ Observe the manufacturer’s instructions for
mounting and operating the diamond cutting
discs.
■ Only use diamond cutting discs with a maxi-
mum permissible speed that is at least as high
as the no-load speed of the machine.
■ Check the diamond cutting discs before use.
The diamond cutting discs must be mounted in
exact alignment and be able to rotate freely.
Carry out a test run for at least 30 seconds
without any load. Do not use any diamond cutting discs that are damaged, out-of-balance, or
vibrate.
■ Observe the dimensions of the diamond cut-
ting discs. The hole diameter must fit the
mounting flange 13. Do not use any reduction
parts or adapters.
■ Protect diamond cutting discs against impact,
shock and grease.
■ Do not work with materials containing asbes-
tos.
■ Keep hands away from the rotating diamond
cutting disc.
■ Blocking the cutting disc leads to jerking reac-
tion forces on the machine. In this case switch
off the machine immediately.
■ Caution! Diamond cutting discs do not stop
running immediately when the machine is
turned off. Do not exert any pressure against
the side of the diamond cutting discs.
■ Caution! Diamond cutting discs become very
hot during operation; do not touch them before
they have cooled down.
■ Bosch is only able to ensure perfect functioning of the machine if the original accessories
intended for it are used.
With a firm support of the cutting guide, the machine is intended for wet or dry horizontal cuts or
slots in mainly mineral materials, such as marble.
The machine is not suitable for cuts in walls or
ceilings.
■ Before any work on the machine itself, pull
the mains plug.
■ Wear protective gloves.
Inserting
Place the mounting flange 13 onto the motor
spindle 12. Then place the diamond cutting
disc 15 onto the motor spindle 12 and tighten us-
ing the clamping nut 16. The mounting flange 13
must thereby be held tightly using an open-ended
spanner 14.
Observe when mounting: The direction of the
respective arrows on the protective guard 6 and
diamond cutting disc 15 must agree.
Removing
Hold the mounting flange 13 tightly using the
open-ended spanner 14 and loosen the clamping
nut 16 using a two-pin spanner 17.

Warning: Left-hand thread!
Remove clamping nut 16 and mounting flange 13
and clean.
Intended Use

■ The machine may only be used for wet-cut-
ting when water-cooled.
Hose set 18
If the water tank 1 is mounted, remove it by lifting
it off. Screw the adapter to the water tap and attach the hose firmly onto the hose nipple 19.
The machine has a valve which regulates the water-flow for cooling. The valve is activated as
soon as the machine is switched on.
Water tank 1
Place the water tank 1 onto the front part of the
handle 4 and press downwards. Make sure that
the hole with the rubber sleeve and the hose nipple 19 are in alignment.
☞
Do not fill below the minimum filling quantity; observe the marking given on the water tank 1.
■ For dry-cutting the machine may only be
operated if a dust extractor is connected.
The dust that is produced while
working can be detrimental to
health, inflammable or explosive. Suitable safety measures
are required.
Examples: Some dusts are regarded as carcinogenic. Use
suitable dust/chip extraction
and wear a dust mask.
External Vacuuming
The machine can be plugged directly into the receptacle of a Bosch general-purpose vac with remote starting control. The vac starts automatically when the machine is switched on.
The vacuum cleaner must be suitable for the material to be worked.
When vacuuming dry dust that is especially detrimental to health or carcinogenic, use a special
vacuum cleaner.
Bosch offers suitable vacuum cleaners for all materials to be worked.
For dust extraction using an external vacuum
cleaner, a suction adapter must be used in this
case (see accessories). Insert the suction
adapter and suction hose fixture firmly.
Loosen winged screw 21.
Pivot the machine sidewards until the desired
cutting angle is set to the scale 20.
Tighten winged screw 21 again.
Note: For mitre cutting, the cutting depth is
smaller than the value shown on the cutting depth
scale 8.
For changing the cutting depth, loosen the
winged screw 9 and raise the diamond cutter
from the base plate, or lower it to the base plate,
respectively:
Raise ➡ for smaller cutting depths
Lower ➡ for greater cutting depths
Set the desired depth on the cutting depth
scale 8.
Retighten the winged screw 9.
For obtaining an optimum cut, the diamond cut-
ting disc must protrude 2 mm from the material.
Note: For mitre cutting, the cutting depth is
smaller than the value shown on the cutting depth
scale 8.

Check for correct mains voltage: The voltage
of the power source must agree with the voltage
specified on the nameplate of the machine.
Equipment marked with 230 V can also be connected to 220 V.
Functional test for residual current device 5
For safety reasons, before commencing work,
check that the residual current device 5 is functioning properly:
– Press the “RESET” button on the residual cur-
rent device.
The red control lamp indicates that the residual
current device is ready for use.
– Press the “TEST” button.
The control lamp must go out.
– Press the “RESET” button on the residual cur-
rent device.
Switching on:
Actuate the switch lock 2.
Press the On/Off switch 3 and hold pressed.
Note: The On/Off switch 3 cannot be locked on.
Switching off:
Release the On/Off switch 3.
Wear protective goggles, ear
protection and a dust protection
mask.
Wear protective gloves and
sturdy shoes.
■ Clamp the workpiece if it does not remain
stationary due to its own weight.
■ Do not load the machine so heavily that it
comes to a standstill.
■ Caution! Diamond cutting discs become
very hot during operation; do not touch
them before they have cooled down.
When cutting, do not press, tilt or oscillate. Work
with moderate advancing that is adapted to the
material being worked.
Do not brake coasting cutting disks with side
pressure.
The 0° cut marking 10 shows the position of the
diamond cutting wheel for a cut at right angles.
For optimum results, we recommend using the
diamond cutting wheels that have been specially
adapted for the diamond cutter. These have a
higher service life and produce better working results.
It is possible to use the high-grade diamond cutting wheels of Ø 125 mm from the Bosch anglegrinder auxiliaries program.
Cutting direction
Important is the direction in which cutting is performed.
The machine must always run in counterrota-
tion; therefore push the machine forwards! Otherwise there will be a danger of it being pressed
out of the cut in an uncontrolled fashion.
■ Before any work on the machine itself, pull
the mains plug.
☞
For safe and proper working, always keep
the machine and the ventilation slots clean.
If the machine should fail despite the care taken
in manufacturing and testing procedures, repair
should be carried out by an authorized after-sales
service centre for Bosch power tools.
In all correspondence and spare parts orders,
please always include the 10-digit order number
given on the nameplate of the machine.

est endommagé ou se rompt pendant le travail, ne pas y toucher.
Retirer immédiatement la fiche du

■ Ne jamais permettre aux enfants d’utiliser cet
appareil.
■ Pendant le travail avec cet appareil, le tenir
toujours fermement avec les deux mains.
Adopter une position stable et sûre.
■ Toujours ramener les câbles à l’arrière de l’appareil.
■ N’appliquer l’appareil contre la pièce à usiner
que lorsque celui-ci est en marche.
■ Toujours déconnecter l’appareil et le laisser
ralentir jusqu’à l’arrêt avant de le déposer.
■ Ne pas fixer l’appareil dans un étau.
■ Ne pas percer, couper ou scier dans des
endroits cachés pouvant dissimuler des
conduites d’électricité, de gaz ou d’eau.
Utiliser des détecteurs appropriés afin de
déceler ces conduites ou consulter les entreprises d’approvisionnement.
Un contact avec des conduites d’électricité
peut provoquer un incendie ou un choc électrique. L’endommagement d’une conduite de
gaz peut provoquer une explosion. La perforation d’une conduite d’eau provoque des dégâts
matériels et peut provoquer un choc électrique.
■ Respecter les indications du constructeur
quant au montage et à l’utilisation des disques
à tronçonner diamantés.
■ N’utiliser que des disques à tronçonner diamantés dont la vitesse admissible est au
moins égale à la vitesse de rotation en marche
à vide de l’appareil.
■ Contrôler les disques à tronçonner diamantés
avant de les utiliser. Les disques à tronçonner
diamantés doivent être parfaitement montés et
ils doivent pouvoir tourner librement. Effectuer
un essai de marche en laissant tourner sans
sollicitation l’outil pendant au moins 30 secondes. Ne pas utiliser de disques à tronçonner
diamantés endommagés, déséquilibrés ou générant des vibrations.
■ Veiller aux dimensions des disques à tronçonner diamantés. L’alésage du disque doit correspondre à la bride de fixation 13. Ne pas utiliser de pièces intermédiaires ou d’adaptateurs.
■ Protéger les disques à tronçonner diamantés
contre les chocs, les coups et la graisse.
■ Ne jamais travailler de matériau contenant de
l’amiante.
■ Tenir les mains à l’écart du disque à tronçonner diamanté en rotation.
■ Le blocage du disque de tronçonnage provoque de fortes réactions au niveau de l'appareil.
Dans ce cas-là, arrêter immédiatement l’appareil.
■ Attention ! Une fois l’appareil arrêté, les disques à tronçonner diamantés continuent à
tourner encore un peu. Ne pas exposer les disques à tronçonner diamantés à une pression
latérale.
■ Attention ! Les disques à tronçonner diamantés chauffent énormément durant le travail ; ne
pas les toucher avant qu’ils ne soient refroidis.
■ Bosch ne peut garantir un fonctionnement impeccable que si les accessoires Bosch d’origine prévus pour cet appareil sont utilisés.
Equipé d’un support solide avec chariot de guidage, l’appareil est conçu pour des travaux horizontaux de tronçonnage ou de rainurage à sec
ou à arrosage sur des matériaux essentiellement
composés de minéraux tels que le marbre. Il
n’est pas approprié pour couper dans les murs et
les plafonds.
■ Avant toute intervention sur l’appareil proprement dit, toujours retirer la fiche du câble d’alimentation de la prise de courant.
■ Porter des gants de protection.
Montage
Monter la bride de fixation 13 sur l’arbre-mo-
teur 12. Monter le disque à tronçonner dia-
manté 15 sur l’arbre-moteur 12 et bien serrer
avec l’écrou de serrage 16. Pour cela, maintenir
la bride de fixation 13 à l’aide de la clé à four-
che 14.
Attention lors du montage : La direction de la
flèche se trouvant sur le capot de protection 6
doit coïncider avec celle de la flèche se trouvant
sur le disque à tronçonner diamanté 15.
Démontage de l’outil
Bien maintenir la bride de fixation 13 à l’aide de
la clé à fourche 14 et desserrer l’écrou de ser-
rage 16 à l’aide de la clé à ergots 17.
☞
Attention : Filet à gauche !
Enlever et nettoyer l’écrou de serrage 16 et la
bride de fixation 13.

■ Lors de travaux de tronçonnage à arrosage,
l’appareil ne doit être mis en service qu’avec
un système de refroidissement à eau.
Set de raccordement d’eau 18
Enlever vers le haut le réservoir d’eau 1 au cas
où celui-ci aurait été monté. Visser l’adaptateur
sur le robinet et bien raccorder le tuyau sur le raccord fileté 19.
L’appareil dispose d’une soupape assurant le réglage du débit de l’eau destinée au refroidissement. La soupape est activée dès que l’appareil
est mis en fonctionnement.
Réservoir d’eau 1
Positionner le réservoir d’eau 1 sur la face avant
de la poignée 4 et le presser vers le bas. Veiller à
ce que le trou coïncide avec la douille en caoutchouc et le raccord fileté 19.

Veiller à toujours disposer de la quantité de
remplissage minimale ; observer le marquage se trouvant sur le réservoir d’eau 1.
■ Pour les travaux de tronçonnage à sec, l’ap-
pareil ne doit être mis en service qu’avec le
dispositif d’aspiration de poussières.
Les poussières générées lors du
travail peuvent être nuisibles à la
santé, inflammables ou explosives. Des mesures de protection
appropriées sont nécessaires.
Par exemple : certaines poussières sont considérées comme
étant cancérigènes. Travailler
avec une aspiration de poussières appropriée et porter un masque anti-poussières.
Aspiration externe des poussières
L’appareil peut être branché directement sur la
prise d’un aspirateur universel Bosch avec commande à distance. L’aspirateur se met automatiquement en marche dès que l’appareil est mis en
fonctionnement.
L’aspirateur doit être approprié au matériau à travailler.
Pour l’aspiration de poussières particulièrement
nuisibles à la santé, cancérigènes ou sèches, utiliser des aspirateurs spéciaux.
Bosch vous offre des aspirateurs appropriés à
tous les matériaux à travailler.
Pour aspirer les poussières à l’aide d’un aspirateur, utiliser, le cas échéant, un adaptateur d’aspiration (voir accessoires). Monter solidement
l’adaptateur d’aspiration ou la tubulure d’aspiration.
Desserrer la vis papillon 21.
Faire basculer l’appareil vers le côté jusqu’à ce
que l’angle de coupe souhaité soit réglé sur la
graduation 20.
Resserrer la vis papillon 21.
Indication : Dans des coupes d’onglet, la profon-
deur de coupe est moins importante que la valeur
indiquée sur la graduation de la profondeur de
coupe 8.
Pour régler la profondeur de coupe, desserrer la
vis papillon 9 et lever ou abaisser la scie diamant
par rapport au plateau de base :
Lever ➡ profondeur de coupe moins
importante
Abaisser ➡ profondeur de coupe plus
importante
Régler la cote désirée sur la graduation de la profondeur de coupe 8.
Resserrer la vis papillon 9.
Pour obtenir une coupe optimale, le disque à
tronçonner diamanté doit dépasser le matériau
de 2 mm.
Indication : Dans des coupes d’onglet, la profondeur de coupe est moins importante que la valeur
indiquée sur la graduation de la profondeur de
coupe 8.

Tenir compte de la tension du secteur : La ten-
sion de la source de courant doit correspondre
aux indications figurant sur la plaque signalétique
de l’appareil. Les appareils fonctionnant sous
230 V peuvent également être exploités sous
220 V.
Test de fonctionnement du disjoncteur
différentiel 5
Pour des raisons de sécurité, contrôler le bon
fonctionnement du disjoncteur différentiel 5
avant de commencer le travail :
– Appuyer sur la touche « RESET » se trouvant
sur le disjoncteur différentiel.
Lorsqu’elle est allumée, la lampe de contrôle
rouge indique que le disjoncteur différentiel est
en service.
– Appuyer sur la touche « TEST ».
La lampe de contrôle doit s’éteindre.
– Appuyer sur la touche « RESET » se trouvant
sur le disjoncteur différentiel.
Mise en fonctionnement :
Appuyer sur le verrouillage de mise en fonctionnement 2.
Appuyer sur l’interrupteur Marche/Arrêt 3 et le
maintenir dans cette position.
Indication : L’interrupteur Marche/Arrêt 3 ne
peut pas être bloqué.
Arrêt :
Relâcher l’interrupteur Marche/Arrêt 3.
Porter des lunettes de sécurité,

Porter des gants de protection et
des chaussures solides à semelles antidérapantes.
■ Serrer la pièce au cas où elle ne serait pas
assez lourde et risquerait de bouger.
■ Ne pas trop solliciter l’appareil qui risque
sinon de s’arrêter.
■ Attention ! Les disques à tronçonner dia-
mantés chauffent énormément durant le
travail ; ne pas les toucher avant qu’ils ne
soient refroidis.
Lors de travaux de tronçonnage, ne pas exercer
de pression, ne pas incliner ni osciller. Travailler
en appliquant une vitesse d’avance modérée
adaptée au matériau.
Ne pas freiner les disques de tronçonnage qui ralentissent en exerçant une pression latérale.
Le marquage de la coupe à 0° ( 10) indique la position du disque à tronçonner diamanté dans une
coupe à angle droit.
Afin d’obtenir d’excellents résultats de coupe, il
est recommandé d’utiliser les disques à tronçonner diamantés spécialement adaptés à la scie
diamant. Ils permettent d’obtenir de meilleurs résultats de travail tout en ayant une durée de vie
plus longue.
Il est possible d’utiliser les disques à tronçonner
diamantés de haute qualité Ø 125 mm figurant
dans la gamme d’accessoires pour meuleuses
angulaires Bosch.
Direction de la coupe
L’important, c’est la direction dans laquelle on effectue le travail de tronçonnage.
L’appareil doit toujours travailler en sens op-
posé ; en conséquence, pousser l’appareil vers
l’avant ! Sinon, il risque de sortir de la ligne de
coupe de façon incontrôlée.
■ Avant toute intervention sur l’appareil proprement dit, toujours retirer la fiche du câble d’alimentation de la prise de courant.
☞
Pour obtenir un travail sûr et satisfaisant,
nettoyer régulièrement l’appareil ainsi que
ses ouïes de refroidissement.
Si, malgré tous les soins apportés à la fabrication
et au contrôle de l’appareil, celui-ci devait avoir
un défaut, la réparation ne doit être confiée qu’à
une station de service après-vente agréée pour
outillage Bosch.
Pour toute demande de renseignements ou commande de pièces de rechange, nous préciser impérativement le numéro de référence à dix chiffres de la machine.

Récupération des matières premières plutôt
qu’élimination des déchets
Les machines, comme d’ailleurs leurs accessoires et emballages, doivent pouvoir suivre chacune une voie de recyclage appropriée.
Ce manuel d’instructions a été fabriqué à partir
d’un papier recyclé blanchi en l’absence de
chlore.
Nos pièces plastiques ont ainsi été marquées en
vue d’un recyclage sélectif des différents matériaux.

Solamente puede trabajar sin peligro con el aparato si lee íntegramente las instrucciones de

prácticamente en el manejo antes de la primera aplicación.
Si llega a dañarse o cortarse el cable
de red durante el trabajo, no tocar el
cable, sino extraer inmediatamente
el enchufe de la red. No usar jamás
el aparato con un cable deteriorado.
Por motivos de seguridad es imprescindible controlar el funcionamiento correcto del fusible diferencial antes de comenzar el trabajo.
Haga reparar o sustituir un fusible
diferencial y un cable dañado en un
servicio técnico Bosch.
Llevar gafas de protección, protectores auditivos y una mascarilla antipolvo.
Llevar guantes de protección y calzado fuerte.
Si fuese preciso, ponerse además
un mandil.
