The D5070 Analog Device Programmer is a hand‑held
device used to program address settings on
EEPROM‑programmable analog devices. The
programmer consists of a base for detector head
programming and three programming adapters for
programming other modules and devices.

Installation Considerations
Detectors
Detector heads twist mount onto the programmer.
Programming Adapters
The modular programming adapter has a non‑polarized
plug that attaches to the address programming pins on
the relay modules and point contact modules. The
programming jack end of the modular programming
adapter then plugs into the programmer. All relay
modules and point contact modules are programmed
in this manner with the exception of the D339A and
FLM‑325‑IM modules.
The terminal programming adapter, required for
address setting on the D339A and FLM‑325‑IM, has a
red lead (+) and a black lead (-) for connection to the
device’s terminals. The programming jack end of the
terminal programming adapter then plugs into the
programmer.
The flying lead programming adapter has a red lead (+)
and a black lead (-) both of which end with an alligator
clip for connection to the device’s flying leads. The
programming jack end of the flying lead programming
adapter then plugs into the programmer.
