Servicing
Position the power cable and other connected cables so that they are not likely to be walked on, pinched or where items can be placed on or against them. Do not use the unit in humid or damp conditions. Do not allow the unit to get wet. Never allow children to insert foreign objects into holes or slots on the unit. The ventilation should not be impeded by covering the openings with items such as news­papers, table cloths, curtains, etc. This may cause overheating. No naked flame sources, such as lit candles, should be placed on the unit. Do not expose the unit to dripping or splashing, and no objects filled with liquids , such as vases ,they should not be placed on the unit. Do not place the unit in closed bookcases or racks without proper ventilation.
Disconnect the unit from the mains supply before cleaning. Do not use any liquids or aerosol cleaners, as this may damage the unit. Use a soft, dust free cloth.
There are no user serviceable parts in the unit. When servicing, refer to qualified service personnel. Consult your dealer if you are ever in doubt about the installation/operation/ safety of the product.

1. POWER Turn the unit on/off 2/3. VOL-/VOL+ Press to adjust the volume level.

5. DC 5V OUT Connect an iPod/iPhone/iPad through an Apple USB cable (no supplied).

7. AUX IN Use 3.5mm audio cable(no supplied) to connect to audio device.

Connect to the power
Getting Started
1.Connect the power adaptor provided to the unit. The unit is in Standby mode, When recharge the unit’s built-in batteries,the white LED is blinking on left side of unit’s top. When fully charged, the white LED will turn off .
2.Press POWER
button on the top to turn the unit on, the unit into bluetooth mode.
3.Bluetooth is pairing, and blue LED is blinking on right side of unit’s top, After successful connection, the blue LED will be stayed without blinking.
4.After the unit is turn on, Press MODE
button, the unit into AUX IN input mode. and red
LED is lighting on right side of unit’s top.
5.To turn the unit to standby again, press POWER
button again.

When recharge the unit’s built­in batteries, white LED is blinking.
When fully charged, the white LED will turn off.
In bluetooth mode, When blue LED is blinking, Bluetooth is pairing.
When into AUX IN mode, the red LED is lighting.
After successful connection, the blue LED will be stayed without blinking.

Before playing your speaker it must be paired and connected to the Bluetooth source you are using. This may be a mobile phone or Bluetooth equipped laptop etc.
Pairing with a Bluetooth device:
• Switch on the speaker. If there is no Bluetooth source paired to the speaker, the Status indicator will blinking blue.
• Activate Bluetooth on the source. If the source is a phone, Bluetooth will normally be activated in the connectivity section of the settings menu. If the source is a computer, Bluetooth settings should be found in the Control Panel.
• In the Bluetooth menu of the source, there should be an option to search for Bluetooth devices. Select this option. The source will now scan for other Bluetooth devices and should find the speaker, identified as ‘VOSS’.
• Choose to pair with this.
If the device features Bluetooth technology earlier than V2.1, you will be asked for a password. If so, enter 0000. Your Bluetooth source will now be connected to the speaker. Once connection has been established, the Status indicator will light steady blue. After pairing for the first time, the speaker will appear in the connection menu of your Bluetooth device.
Re-connecting:
Your device and the speaker should re-connect when next used if no other device has been connected to the speaker.
NOTE: You cannot play phone calls via your speaker.

The AUX IN jack may be used to connect sources that do not have Bluetooth connectivity. AUX sources may include -
Personal audio players
Personal computers or laptops
Connecting to the AUX In jack:
• Connect the stereo 3.5mm jack cable (not supplied) between the headphone or LINE/AUX output of the personal audio player and the AUX IN jack on the back panel of VOSS unit.
• Press the MODE button to switch to AUX mode.The Status indicator will light steady red.
• Set your personal audio player/computer to PLAY.
• Set the listening volume to the level you want with the volume control on the speaker.If there is no
sound or if the volume level is not loud enough, you may need to increase the volume setting on the source.
• When you have finished listening to the AUX source, disconnect the source and the jack cable.
• Press the MODE button to switch back to Bluetooth mode.
You can charge or power mobile devices that have a USB charging cable from the USB port on the back of your VOSS unit.
• Connect the charging cable (not supplied) from the mobile device to the USB port on the back panel of the VOSS. The device will charge from the internal power in the speaker. NOTE: It is not possible to play USB MP3 flash players or flash drives via the USB port. CAUTION: Do not charge a mobile device when you are playing an AUX source. The VOSS unit cannot charge a mobile device via USB port without connect AC adaptor.
