CAUTIONS

•

Please insert the micro SD card in the right direction to avoid damage to the card or the device. If device shows error message, please format the micro SD card from device menu. Please reset device or change micro SD card if similar error continues. Note : All les will be deleted when formatting micro SD card, please backup the important les before format. When reset function is selected, the device will return to default setting.

Blaupunkt does not warrant the performance of device if used with other Micro SD card other than Blaupunkt Micro SD card

New Micro SD card must be formatted for rst use.

Ensure bracket is installed correctly & rmly on windscreen to avoid damage to device and for better recording angle.

Please do not use product under wet environment as device is not waterproofed/ water resistant.

Please do not record or take picture facing sunlight.

To obtain clear image, please clean windscreen and device lens regularly. Avoid using device in dusty environment.

Handle device with care and avoid direct impact on the device. Avoid using device in high electromagnetic environment.

Operating temperature of the device is

If the car battery voltage is lesser than the setting value of cut-o voltage, device will stop recording even at park recording mode.

Android Mobile Application

Search “Blaupunkt DVR BP9.0A” on Google Play. Mobile App device OS version requirements : Android 4.4 (KitKat) or higher.

Pair DVR with Android Smartphone (DVR Firmware ver 1.1.604 or higher) The distance range between the DVR (with Wireless Control dongle) and smartphone is approximately 10 meters (33ft) in an open eld environment.

1. DVR (Ensure Wireless dongle is installed on the DVR USB port) :

a. At video display mode, tap screen to display Main Menu. b. Select MENU to enter into menu page. c. Then select SYSTEM SET. d. Then select Wi-Fi to turn on Wi-Fi.

Android smartphone (Ensure Location is turned on before connecting to DVR) Enter BP9.0A app from the smartphone, select “START” at Home Page (Figure 1). Smartphone will connect to DVR’s Wi-Fi automatically

These options will appear after selecting “START” :

Live View, VOD View, Download View, Conguration, F/W Update (Figure 2).

iOS Mobile Application

Search “Blaupunkt DVR BP9.0A” on App Store. Mobile App device OS version requirements : iOS 10.0.2 or higher.

After successful pairing, enter into mobile app to start. At Main Menu select “START” at Home Page (Figure 1). These options will appear : Live View, VOD View, Download View, Conguration, F/W Update (Figure 2).

Cut-o Voltage Setting

1. Setting on LCD Screen : Menu > System Set > Cut O Voltage

2. Setting on Wireless Control App : Conguration > Cut-O Voltage With the conguration on LCD screen or Wireless Control App, set the voltage level to cut o automatically in order to prevent vehicle battery drainage. The device will stop the discharge of the vehicle battery by blocking power supply to the DVR if the voltage drops below a congured value.

NOTE :

Older les will be overwritten whenever the card memory is full and new storage space is required. Backup recordings regularly to prevent important les from being overwritten.
