General Guidelines

Safety
• Do not exceed the carrying capacity of 600 lbs.
• Never exceed the maximum tongue weight rating of your trailer hitch (check the weight sticker on
the trailer hitch).
• Check with the vehicle dealer or manufacturer to determine the carrying/hauling capacity of your
vehicle.
• Total hauling weight is calculated by adding the total weight of the motorcycle + 99 lbs (MX-600X
weight).
• Some vehicles may require air shocks or heavier springs to stien up the suspension to prevent
sagging.
• Not for use with 1-1/4" Class II or smaller receivers.

Assembly
Step 1. Place the main hitch tube (A) on cardboard to protect the
paint. Secure the carrier support brackets (C) to the hitch tube with
four M8x20 bolts (I) and M8 nuts (M), keeping them loose.
Step 2. Slide the carrier track (E) between the
carrier support brackets and secure it using
four M8x45 bolts (H) and M8 nuts (M). Tighten
all bolts until secure. Do not overtighten.
Step 3. Secure the ramp holder bracket (B) to
the carrier track with two M10x70 (G) bolts and
M10 nuts (L), keeping them loose.
