PRECAUTIONS

Do not place the monitor near or over a radiator or heat vents. Do not place the

monitor in a badly ventilated room.

Slots and openings on the back or top of the cabinet are provided for ventilation.
They must not be blocked or covered.

z

Do not write on the screen or touch the screen with a sharp object. You will
permanently scratch the LCD panel.

z

Unplug this monitor from the wall outlet before cleaning. Please use a soft, lint-free
cloth to clean the monitor housing. Stubborn stains may be removed with a cloth
lightly dampened with a mild detergent solution. Do not spray liquid directly onto
the display screen. Liquid could drip inside the display and cause electrical shock.

Do not attempt to service the monitor yourself; opening or removing covers can
expose you dangerous voltages and other hazards. Please contact qualified service
personnel for servicing if the problems of your monitor cannot be solved by
“ Troubleshooting” section.

Monitor Installation:

1. Position the display on top of the

display.

Before you start, make sure there is a clean, flat surface where you can place the display
once it’s removed from the stand. To protect the screen, place a towel or cloth on the
surface.
