1 Overview
ZXR10 2600 are access switches with excellent performance and diversified functions promoted by ZTE. It provides small and medium density of LAN ports to satisfy the requirements of branches of small to medium enterprises, department network building and carriers.
ZXR10 2600 series access switches are designed based on the diversified networking and application needs of the users. Positioned in enterprise network, providing different quantity of Ethernet ports, ZXR10 2600 series access switches are suitable to work as user-side access device in informative intelligent community, office building, hotel, campus network and enterprise network (government network). They provide users with high-speed, highly-efficient access solutions with high performance price ratio. Positioned at access layer of carriers’ network, their rich interfaces and multiple practical functions can satisfy the broadband IP access service requirements of telecom carriers. They have become the standard devices of new-generation economical broadband IP access.
By providing complete elementary security policy, QoS, availability and manageability, ZXR10 2600 series switches reduce the total cost of ownership of the network. They provide users with high bandwidth connection and port separation between users to guarantee security. They also provide users with an approach to transfer from unintelligent hub and unmanageable switch to manageable network easy to expand.
There are two models for ZXR10 2600 series: 2609 and 2609-FU. ZXR10 2600 series switches have rich interface types. 2609 have 9 10/100M Ethernet
electrical ports. Among them one interface is uplink port. 2609-FU has 8 10/100M Ethernet electrical port and a 100M optical port.
