Oven functions table
• Oven light switching on.
• To cook meat, fish and poultry on one shelf.
• Preheat the oven to the required cooking temperature and place the food inside as soon as the red thermostat indicator goes off.
• It is advisable to use the second or third shelf.

• To cook on up to 2 different shelves.
• If necessary, switch the positions of food to obtain more even cooking.
• Oven preheating is not necessary (except for pizzas and focaccia).
• To grill steak, kebabs and sausages, gratinate vegetables and toast bread.
• Preheat the oven for 3 - 5 min.
• The oven door must remain closed during cooking.
• When cooking meat, pour a little water in the drip-tray (on the bottom shelf) to reduce smoke and spattering of fat.
• It is advisable to turn the food during cooking.
• To grill large pieces of meat (roast beef, other roasts).

• Turn the function selector knob to the required function.

• Turn the thermostat knob clockwise to the required temperature. The red thermostat indicator lights up, and goes off when the selected temperature is reached.
At the end of cooking:
• Turn the knobs to “0”.
