Thank you for purchasing the VTech® Pooh Learning Stacker!
The VTech® Pooh Learning Stacker is an interactive toy for little ones to enjoy! Stack the rings to be introduced to shapes, objects and numbers while developing important motor skills and hand-eye coordination. Press the Pooh and Piglet buttons to hear fun phrases and cute songs. Fun sounds and cheerful melodies add to the enjoyment.

WARNING: All packing materials, such as tape, plastic sheets, wire ties
and tags are not part of this toy, and should be discarded for your child’s safety.
BATTERY INSTALLATION
1. Make sure the unit is turned OFF.
2. Locate the battery cover at the back of the unit. Use a screwdriver to loosen the screw.
3. Install 2 new ’AA’ (AM3/LR6) batteries following the diagram inside the battery box.
4. Replace the battery cover and tighten the screw to secure.
BATTERY NOTICE
The use of new alkaline batteries is recommended for maximum performance.
Install batteries correctly observing the polarity (+, -) signs to avoid leakage.
Do not mix old and new batteries.
Do not mix batteries of different types: alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc) or rechargeable (nickel-cadmium).
Remove the batteries from the equipment when the unit will not be used for an extended period of time.

Always remove exhausted batteries from the equipment.
Do not dispose of batteries in fire.
Do not attempt to recharge ordinary batteries.
The supply terminals are not to be short-circuited.
Only batteries of the same and equivalent type as recommended are to be used.
WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THE USE OF RECHARGEABLE BATTERIES.

To turn the unit
ON , slide the
L E A R N I N G / O F F / M U S I C MODE SWITCH to the Learning Mode ( ) or the Music Mode
( ) position. To turn the unit OFF, slide the LEARNING/ OFF/ MUSIC MODE SWITCH to the OFF ( ) position.
2. MODES OF PLAY
The two modes of play include Learning Mode and Music Mode.
Slide the LEARNING/ OFF/ MUSIC MODE SWITCH to choose a mode of play.
3. AUTOMATIC SHUT-OFF
To preserve battery life, the
VTech® Pooh Learning Stacker will
automatically power-down after approximately 30 seconds without input. The unit can be turned on again by pressing any button or by adding or removing a ring.

ACTIVITIES
1. Slide the LEARNING/ OFF/ MUSIC MODE SWITCH to choose a mode of
play. You will hear fun sounds, a song, melodies and phrases depending on the selected mode. The light will flash with the sounds.
2. Stack the rings in
Learning Mode to hear the corresponding shape identified and a fun sound. Remove the rings to hear the corresponding object and number identified and fun sounds. The light will flash with the sounds.
3. Stack the rings in
Music Mode to hear cheerful melodies. Remove
the rings to hear fun sounds. The light will flash with the sounds.

4. Press the buttons on the pole or quickly stack and remove the rings to to hear short tunes in Music Mode or piano notes in Learning Mode. The light will flash with the sounds.
5. Press the
POOH BUTTON or the PIGLET BUTTON to hear fun phrases,
melodies and cute songs. The light will flash with sounds.

CARE & MAINTENANCE
1. Keep the unit clean by wiping it with a slightly damp cloth.
2. Keep the unit out of direct sunlight and away from any direct heat source.
3. Remove the batteries when the unit is not in use for an extended period of time.
4. Do not drop the unit on hard surfaces and do not expose the unit to moisture or water.
TROUBLESHOOTING
If for some reason the program/activity stops working or malfunctions, please follow these steps:
1. Please turn the unit off.
2. Interrupt the power supply by removing the batteries.
3. Let the unit stand for a few minutes, then replace the batteries.
4. Turn the unit on. The unit should now be ready to play again.
5. If the product still does not work, replace with a new set of batteries.
