Keep the device away from children and unauthorised users.
Never leave the magnifying lens unattended where direct sunlight may pass through it: this creates a
fire hazard. Please close the lens cover after each use.
Indoor use only. Keep this device away from rain, moisture, splashing and dripping
liquids.
Do not use the luminaire with a cracked or broken protective shield. Disconnect immediately
from the mains. The protective shield is not replaceable.
Always disconnect mains power when the device is not in use or when servicing or maintenance
activities are performed. Handle the power cord by the plug only.
Warning: If the power cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, his service agent,
or a similar qualified person in order to avoid any hazard.
There are no user-serviceable parts inside the device. Refer to an authorized dealer for service and/or
spare parts.
Keep this device away from dust and extreme heat.
Protect this device from shocks and abuse. Avoid brute force when operating the device.

5. Replacing the Lamp
Refer to the illustrations on page 2 of this manual.
1. Unplug the device and let the circular fluorescent lamp cool down before replacing it.
2. The lamp is located behind a plastic diffuser and is held in place by six plastic clamps.
Remove the 10 screws [x] that hold the plastic diffuser in place and gently remove the diffuser.
3. Carefully take the defective lamp from the clamps and the connector, and remove it.
4. Install a new lamp (order code LAMP22/7) by connecting it and securing it in the plastic clamps.
5. Put the diffuser back and fasten its screws.
Caution: If the plastic diffuser is damaged, disconnect the lamp immediately from the mains. The diffuser is
not replaceable. Do not use the lamp with a cracked or broken diffuser.
6. Technical Specifications
Use this device with original accessories only. Velleman nv cannot be held responsible in the event
of damage or injury resulting from (incorrect) use of this device.

Houd dit toestel uit de buurt van kinderen en onbevoegden.
Laat de vergrootlens niet onbeheerd achter waar er direct zonlicht aan kan: dit creëert brandgevaar.
Sluit de lenskap na elk gebruik.
Gebruik het toestel enkel binnenshuis. Bescherm het toestel tegen regen, vochtigheid
en opspattende vloeistoffen.
Gebruik de lamp niet indien de beschermplaat gebarsten of gebroken is. Ontkoppel het
toestel onmiddellijk. De beschermplaat is niet vervangbaar.
Trek de stekker uit het stopcontact wanneer het toestel niet in gebruik is of voordat u het toestel
reinigt. Houd de voedingskabel altijd vast bij de stekker en niet bij de kabel.
Waarschuwing: Als de voedingskabel beschadigd is, moet deze door de fabrikant, technische dienst,
of een andere bevoegde persoon vervangen worden om elk mogelijk risico te vermijden.
Er zijn geen door de gebruiker vervangbare onderdelen in dit toestel. Voor onderhoud en/of
reserveonderdelen, contacteer uw dealer.
Bescherm dit toestel tegen stof en extreme hitte.
Bescherm het toestel tegen schokken. Vermijd brute kracht tijdens de bediening van het
toestel.

terechtkomen voor recyclage. U moet dit toestel naar uw verdeler of naar een lokaal recyclagepunt

Om veiligheidsredenen mag u geen wijzigingen aanbrengen aan het toestel. Schade door wijzigingen die de
gebruiker heeft aangebracht aan het toestel valt niet onder de garantie.
Gebruik het toestel enkel waarvoor het gemaakt is. Bij onoordeelkundig gebruik vervalt de garantie.
De garantie geldt niet voor schade door het negeren van bepaalde richtlijnen in deze handleiding en uw
dealer zal de verantwoordelijkheid afwijzen voor defecten of problemen die hier rechtstreeks verband mee
houden.

5. De lamp vervangen
Raadpleeg de afbeeldingen op pagina 2 van deze handleiding.
1. Trek de stekker uit het stopcontact en laat de lamp afkoelen voor u ze gaat vervangen.
2. De lamp bevindt zich achter een plastic diffuser en wordt door zes plastic klemmen op zijn plaats gehouden.
Draai de 10 schroeven [x] van de plastic diffuser los en verwijder deze.
3. Trek voorzichtig de defecte lamp uit de klemmen en de connector, en verwijder ze.
4. Sluit een nieuwe lamp (bestelcode LAMP22/7) aan en zet ze vast in de plastic klemmen en connector.
5. Plaats de diffuser terug en draai de schroeven vast.
Opgelet: Indien de plastic diffuser beschadigd is, dient u de stekker onmiddellijk uit het stopcontact te trekken.
De diffuser is niet verwisselbaar. Gebruik de lamp niet indien de diffuser gebarsten of gebroken is.

Gebruik dit toestel enkel met originele accessoires. Velleman nv is niet aansprakelijk voor schade of
kwetsuren bij (verkeerd) gebruik van dit toestel.
