Hardware Installation
Note: Determine the installation locations for each
UA-Hub and door access reader. Cable runs for Ethernet should not exceed 100 meters; wire runs for lock cables should not exceed 45 meters.

Access Reader
Run an Ethernet cable from the UA-Hub location to the install location of the access reader. Depending on your system setup, the access reader can be installed on either the inside or the outside of the door.
UA-Lite
1. Place the UA-Lite mount against the wall and use it as a template to mark the area where the UA-Lite will be installed.
2. Use the marked area as a guide to cut a hole in the wall for the mount.
3. Pull the Ethernet cable from the wall and secure the mount to the wall using two screws.
4. Connect the Ethernet cable to the back of the UA-Lite and secure it to the mount.
5. Installation is complete.
