Note: Install the Filter Chamber before hanging the indoor unit main body.

3. Installation procedure
(1) Remove the attached standard filter (ordinary) from the indoor unit main body and remove the attached standard
filter frame from the back of the indoor unit main body. Since the removed screws are reused later, be careful not
to lose them.

*Set the crevice between indoor unit and the circumference to 350mm
or more in order to secure the crevice for extraction of filter.

(2) Install the High Efficiency Filter Chamber to the back of the indoor unit main body with fixing screws.
Install it in the direction the filter chamber's filter eject port (door) is positioned to the piping connection port side.
(3) Fix the standard filter frame, which you have previously removed, to the High Efficiency Filter Chamber with the
stored screws.

Insert the Standard Filter (ordinary) and sold separately High Efficiency Filter into the chamber before test operation.
When installing the sold separatelyl High Efficiency Filter, be careful of the installation direction.
Confirm the airflow mark and insert it in the correct direction.
Insert it in such a way that the black and white portions of the tape fastener will face each other (If the white portion faces the white portion or the black portion faces the black portion, the filter cannot be removed).
4. Installation of High Efficiency Filter
Insert the high efficiency filter to the filter chamber.

Insert the filter into the section (A) of the filter chamber.
(2)
A label indicating the wind direction is attached to the filter main body. Be careful to insert the filter in the
correct direction.
(3)
A tape fastener is attached to the filter for when removing the filter. Insert the filter so that the black and
white portions of the tape fastener will face each other.
NOTE
•The high efficiency filter can be used by itself. However, we recommend that you use it together with the
super long life filter (optional).
•The high efficiency filter cannot be cleaned and reused. Since the high efficiency filter has resistance of
about 30Pa, the resistance (outside static pressure) of the connected duct must be 40Pa.
