1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface.

ReplacingtheWearBlocks

Completetheprocedureforbothtracks.

1.Removethe2existingboltsandoutside,front
wearblock(Figure1).

2.Removeanyattachmentsfromthemachine.

3.Engagetheparkingbrake.

4.Lowertheloaderarmssothattheyare
approximately20to25cm(8to10inches)
abovetheframe.

5.Shutofftheengineandremovethekey.

6.Raisethemachineoffthegrounduntilyou
canaccesstheinsideofthetrackbeneath
themachine.Supportthemachineusingjack
stands.

Note:Usejackstandsratedforyourmachine.

RefertotheOperator’sManualforyourmachine
todeterminetheweight.

2.Applythread-lockingcompoundtothe
button-headboltsandusethemtoinstallthekit
wearblock(Figure2).
