TDS3TRG and TDS3FFT Application Modules

Effective with TDS3000B firmware version 3.21, the functionality of
the TDS3TRG Advanced Trigger and the TDS3FFT Fast Fourier
Transform application modules is built into all TDS3000B series
oscilloscopes. Therefore TDS3000B series oscilloscopes no longer
ship with TDS3TRG and TDS3FFT application modules. Note that
installing these modules in TDS3000B oscilloscopes with version

3.21 firmware causes no adverse effect on the instrument operation.
