designed to offer
reliability, simplicity,
and audio quality. Both
cassette wells are
capable of recording
which makes creating

two masters at a time possible. Useful playing features like Intro Check and Blank Scan help the user
find the music and keep it playing by avoiding dead tape spots. A front microphone input with level
control offers the convenience of a front input. The high speed dub feature gives quick one-offs for
rehearsal tapes or high quality reference dubs.

The TASCAM 202mkIV is a 3U rack-mountable dual cassette deck with the ability to record on one­or-both wells of the deck. The cassette deck includes Dual Auto Reverse, 12% +/- Pitch Control on
Tape Deck 1, and Power on Play and Record. The unit is equipped with a front panel Microphone
Input with level control, Dolby B noise reduction, and a Headphone output.

The TASCAM 202mkIV offers normal speed and high speed dubbing and advanced tape play and
search capabilities; including Blank Scan and Intro Check. Blank Scan searches for the next song if
the deck detects 10 seconds of silence in the program material. Intro Check searches for each track
and plays the first 15 seconds.
