GAS BALL VALVE

108 SERIES

INSTALLATION

Sioux Chief 108 Series manual gas shut off valves shall be used where required.
Valve shall have a cast brass valve body, chrome plated ball, and P.T.F.E. seats.
Valve shall be CSA certfied, manufactured in compliance with ANSI Z 21.15-92,
and UPC listed. Valve conforms to AGA standard 3-88 applicable to gas piping
between the meter outlet and the inlet valve connection of the gas appliance. This
standard does not apply to outdoor use.
Product installation and system testing shall be in accordance with NFPA 54 and
ANSI Z223.1 and the 2009 National Gas Fuel Code.
