Anlegen des Brustgurtes

Verbinden Sie den Sender mit dem Gurt über die beiden Druckknöpfe an der
Rückseite des Senders.

Über den Feststellmechanismus kann die Länge des Gurtes individuell
angepasst werden.

Achten Sie darauf, die Gurtlänge so einzustellen, dass der Gurt gut,
aber nicht zu fest anliegt.

Wie paire ich den R1 BLUE COMFORTEX+
mit meinem Smart Phone

Für iOS und Android-Geräte:

– Bluetooth muss eingeschaltet sein.
– Versuchen Sie nicht, den R1 BLUE Sender in den globalen Einstellungen des Gerätes zu pairen.
In iOS und Android werden Bluetooth
– Pairen Sie den R1 BLUE in den Einstellungen der App. Jede App macht das unterschiedlich,
deswegen schauen Sie ebenfalls in die Anleitung der App, wenn Sie Schwierigkeiten haben,
die richtige Einstellung zu finden.
– Stellen Sie sicher, dass der R1 BLUE auf den COMFORTEX+ Brustgurt geklippt ist, die Elektroden
nass sind und der Brustgurt um die Brust getragen wird. Nur dann kann sichergestellt werden,
dass der R1 BLUE Sender eingeschaltet und bereit zum Pairing-Prozess ist.

Pflegehinweis Textil-Brustgurt wie
COMFORTEX / COMFORTEX+

– Entfernen Sie nach jedem Training den Sender vom COMFORTEX / COMFORTEX+
Brustgurt. Waschen Sie den COMFORTEX / COMFORTEX+ Gurt mit klarem Wasser
aus und hängen Sie diesen zum Trocknen auf.
– Waschen Sie den COMFORTEX / COMFORTEX+ Brustgurt regelmäßig,
alle 3–4 Wochen, mit dem Handwaschprogramm Ihrer Waschmaschine.
Nutzen Sie zum Waschen nur Feinwaschmittel und einen Wäschebeutel.
– Beachten Sie, dass Sie den COMFORTEX / COMFORTEX+ Gurt nicht im Trockner oder
im direkten Sonnenlicht trocknen dürfen. Er sollte ebenfalls nicht gebleicht oder
gebügelt werden.
– Reinigen Sie den COMFORTEX / COMFORTEX+ Brustgurt nie mit aggressiven
Reinigungsmitteln oder Chemikalien.

Bitte feuchten Sie die Kontaktflächen des Brustgurtes (hellen Bereiche)
gründlich an. Wir empfehlen den Gurt kurz unter fließendes Wasser zu
halten.

Legen Sie den Gurt um und verschließen Sie den Gurt über den
Verschlussmechanismus.

Den Gurt so umlegen, dass der Sender bei Männern unterhalb des
Brustmuskelansatzes und bei Frauen unterhalb des Brustansatzes liegt.
Dabei muss das SIGMA-Logo immer lesbar nach vorne zeigen.

Fixing the chest belt

Connect the transmitter with the chestbelt by pressing the patent fastener
on the backside of the transmitter.

Use the adjusting mechanism to individually adapt the length of the belt.

Ensure that you set the length of the belt so that it fits well but is not
too tight.

Please moisten the contact surfaces (light areas) thoroughly.
We recommend briefly holding the belt under running water.

Put on the chestbelt and close it by using the fastener mechanism.

Place the belt such that for men the transmitter is below the chest
muscles and for women below the breasts.
The SIGMA logo must always be readable from the front.

How do I pair the R1 BLUE COMFORTEX+
with my smart phone?

For iOS and Android devices:

– Bluetooth must be switched on.
– Do not try to pair the R1 BLUE transmitter in the device’s general settings.

Bluetooth
– Pair the R1 BLUE in the app settings. As all apps work differently, please also consult
the app’s instruction manual if you have trouble finding the right setting.
– Ensure that the R1 BLUE is clipped onto the COMFORTEX+ chest belt, the electrodes are wet,
and the chest belt is positioned around your chest. Only with these conditions fulfilled can it be ensured
that the R1 BLUE transmitter is switched on and ready for the pairing process.

SMART devices are not displayed in the general settings in iOS and Android.

Care instructions for textile chest belts such as
COMFORTEX /COMFORTEX+

– Remove the transmitter from your COMFORTEX /COMFORTEX+ chest belt
after every training session. Wash the COMFORTEX /COMFORTEX+ belt
with clean water and hang it up to dry.
– Wash the COMFORTEX /COMFORTEX+ chest belt regularly (every 3 - 4 weeks)
using your washing machine’s hand wash program. For washing, only use
mild detergent and a wash bag.
– Please note that you should never put your COMFORTEX /COMFORTEX+ in a dryer
or allow it to dry in direct sunlight. It should also not be bleached or ironed.
– Never clean your COMFORTEX /COMFORTEX+ chest belt with aggressive detergents
or chemicals.

Mise en place de la ceinture thoracique

Fixez l’émetteur à la ceinture grâce aux deux boutons-pression au dos de
l’émetteur.

La longueur de la ceinture peut être adaptée individuellement grâce au
mécanisme de réglage.

Veillez à ce que la longueur de la ceinture soit telle que celle-ci soit bien
serrée, mais pas trop.

Humidifier soigneusement les surfaces de contact (zones claires). Nous
recommandons de placer la sangle un court instant sous l’eau courante.

Positionez la ceinture et fermez la avec le fermoir.

Placez la ceinture de sorte que l‘émetteur se situe à la naissance du
muscle pectoral chez les hommes et sous la poitrine chez les femmes.
Le logo SIGMA doit toujours être lisible et tourné vers l’avant.

Comment connecter le R1 BLUE COMFORTEX+
avec mon SmartPhone ?

Pour les appareils iOS et Android :

– Le Bluetooth
– N’essayez pas de connecter l’émetteur R1 BLUE dans les paramètres généraux de l’appareil.
Dans iOS et Android, les appareils Bluetooth® SMART n’apparaissent pas dans les paramètres généraux.
– Connectez le R1 BLUE dans les paramètres de l’application. Chaque application est différente ;
c’est pourquoi nous vous renvoyons aux instructions de l’application en cas de difficultés pour
trouver le bon paramètre.
– Assurez-vous que le R1 BLUE est fixé sur la ceinture thoracique COMFORTEX+ ; les électrodes
doivent être humides et la ceinture thoracique doit être passée autour de la poitrine. C’est la seule
façon de garantir que l’émetteur R1 BLUE est démarré et prêt pour le processus de connexion.

Remarques

Consignes d‘entretien – Ceinture thoracique en
tissu COMFORTEX / COMFORTEX+

– Après chaque entraînement, retirez l’émetteur de la ceinture thoracique COMFORTEX /
COMFORTEX+. Nettoyez la ceinture COMFORTEX / COMFORTEX+ à l’eau clair et suspendez-la
pour la faire sécher.
– Nettoyez la ceinture thoracique COMFORTEX / COMFORTEX+ régulièrement, toutes les
3-4 semaines, dans votre machine à lessiver (programme “Lavage à la main”). Pour le lavage,
utilisez un sac à linge et du produit pour linge délicat.
– Veuillez noter que la ceinture COMFORTEX / COMFORTEX+ ne peut pas être mise à sécher
dans un séchoir ou sous les rayons directs du soleil. Celle-ci ne doit en outre pas être blanchie
ou repassée.
– Ne nettoyez jamais la sangle thoracique COMFORTEX / COMFORTEX+ avec des produits
de nettoyage agressifs ou des produits chimiques.

Applicazione della cintura pettorale

Mettete la cintura e chiudetete la cintura col meccanismo di chiusura.

Tramite il meccanismo di blocco è possible adattare la lunghezza della
cintura secondo le necessità individuali.

Fare attenzione a regolare la cintura in modo tale che non stringa
eccessivamente.

Inumidire bene le superfici di contatto (aree chiare). Si consiglia di tenere
brevemente la cintura sotto l’acqua corrente.

Collegate l’emittente con la cintura tramite i due pulsanti nella parte
posteriore del’emittente.

Disporre la cintura in modo tale che il trasmettitore rimanga al di sotto
dell’ attaccatura dei muscoli pettorali negli uomini e sotto il seno alle donne.
Il logo SIGMA dovrà sempre essere rivolto all’esterno ed essere ben
leggibile.

Come accoppiare R1 BLUE COMFORTEX+
con uno Smart Phone

Dispositivi iOS e Android:

– Il Bluetooth® deve essere attivato.
– Non tentare di accoppiare il sensore R1 BLUE nelle impostazioni globali del dispositivo.
In iOS e Android, i dispositivi Bluetooth® SMART non sono visualizzabili nelle impostazioni globali.
– Per accoppiare R1 BLUE, accedi alle impostazioni delle app. In ogni app il funzionamento è diverso; quindi,
se hai difficoltà a trovare l’impostazione corretta, devi verificare nelle istruzioni dell’app.
– Verifica che R1 BLUE sia agganciato alla fascia toracica COMFORTEX+, che gli elettrodi siano umidi e che
la fascia toracica sia indossata intorno al torace. Solo a questo punto, è possibile verificare che il sensore
R1 BLUE sia attivato e pronto per la procedura di pairing.

Purtroppo alcuni produttori reclamizzano il logo Bluetooth® SMART READY ma supportano lo standard
solo parzialmente. Desideriamo informare che è necessario soddisfare presupposti precisi per soddisfare
completamente lo standard Bluetooth® SMART READY.

Presupposti per la comunicazione con dispositivi Bluetooth® SMART sono il logo “Bluetooth® SMART READY”

Nota per la manutenzione della fascia toracica

– Dopo ogni allenamento, estrarre il sensore dalla fascia toracica COMFORTEX / COMFORTEX+.
Lavare la fascia COMFORTEX / COMFORTEX+ con acqua fresca e appenderla per farla asciugare.
– Lavare la fascia toracica COMFORTEX / COMFORTEX+ regolarmente, ogni 3-4 settimane,
utilizzando il programma della lavatrice per il lavaggio a mano. Per il lavaggio impiegare
esclusivamente un detersivo per i tessuti delicati e un sacchetto per biancheria.
– Non asciugare la fascia COMFORTEX / COMFORTEX+ nell’asciugatrice né lasciarla asciugare
esposta direttamente al sole. Non candeggiare né stirare.
– Non pulire mai la fascia toracica COMFORTEX / COMFORTEX+ con detergenti aggressivi o

Colocar el transmisor pectoral

Fijad el transmisoren la correa gracias a los dos botones de presión
al dorso del mismo.

Mediante el mecanismo de bloqueo se puede adaptar individualmente
la longitud del cinturón.

Tenga en cuenta que debe ajustar la longitud del cinturón de modo que
éste no quede demasiado apretado.

Cómo sincronizo el R1 BLUE COMFORTEX+
con mi Smart Phone

Para equipos con iOS y Android:

– El Bluetooth® debe estar encendido.
– No intente sincronizar el emisor R1 BLUE en los ajustes globales del equipo.
En iOS y Android, los equipos Bluetooth® SMART no se muestran en los ajustes globales.
– Sincronice el R1 BLUE en los ajustes de la App. Cada App lo hace de diferente manera, por eso,
consulte las instrucciones de la App si tiene dificultades para encontrar el ajuste correcto.
– Asegúrese de que el R1 BLUE esté sujeto al transmisor pectoral COMFORTEX+, que los electrodos
estén húmedos y que el transmisor esté rodeando el pecho. Solo de ese modo se puede asegurar
que el emisor R1 BLUE esté encendido y listo para el proceso de sincronización.

Instrucciones de cuidado de transmisores
pectorales COMFORTEX / COMFORTEX+

– Después de cada entrenamiento, retire el emisor del transmisor pectoral COMFORTEX /
COMFORTEX+. Lave el cinturón COMFORTEX / COMFORTEX+ con agua limpia y cuélguelo
a secar.
– Lave el transmisor pectoral COMFORTEX / COMFORTEX+ regularmente, cada 3 o 4 semanas,
con el programa de lavado a mano de su lavadora. Para el lavado, utilice únicamente
detergentes para prendas delicadas y una bolsa para lavar ropa.
– El cinturón COMFORTEX / COMFORTEX+ no se debe secar en la secadora ni directamente
bajo los rayos del sol. Tampoco se lo debe blanquear ni planchar.
– Nunca limpie el transmisor pectoral COMFORTEX / COMFORTEX+ con productos de limpieza
agresivos ni con sustancias químicas.

Hrudní pás COMFORTEX / COMFORTEX+ vyperte v čisté vodě a pověste ho, aby uschnul.
– Hrudní pás COMFORTEX / COMFORTEX+ perte pravidelně, každé 3-4 týdny v pračce,
na program pro jemné praní. Na praní používejte jemný prací prostředek a sáček na prádlo.
– Pamatujte, že hrudní pás COMFORTEX / COMFORTEX+ se nesmí sušit v sušičce nebo na
přímém slunci. Také se nemá bělit ani žehlit.
