Installation Instructions
1. Remove Splash Panel and Merchandiser.
2. Locate fan (A), above the valve cap (B).
If the machine has more than 10 valves you will need to install two fans as the larger machines have two flex manifolds (D). (See Figures 1 & 3).
3. Center the fan (A) above the Flex
Manifold (D), and or (Manifolds) as the application requires. (See Figure 3).
4. Raise fan (A) approximately ½” from its
resting position above the Valve Cap (B). (See figures 1 & 3)
5. Install the fan (A) using the two #8 x ½
self-drilling screws with the external tooth lock washers provided in the kit at location (C). (See figures 1 & 2).
6. To connect the fan. Remove the black
wire connection from switch (E). (See figure 4). Connect black fan wire with the piggyback faston to the switch (E), then attach the earlier removed switch wires to the piggyback now connected to the switch (E). When two fans are required you will need to connect the black wire to the second fan to the switch on the other ice chute.
7. To connect the white wire, remove the
white wire connection from the timer (F). (See figure 4). Connect the white fan wire with piggyback faston to this timer position. Now connect the removed timer wires to the piggyback faston of the white fan wire. When two fans are required the white wire from the second fan will still be piggybacked on the timer where the other fan wire is connected.
8. Use the wire clip (G), provided in the kit
to secure the fan wires. (See figure 4).

2. 020000138 – Installation Instruction Sheet. Qty. 1 per kit.
3. 0901430 – Screw, #8 x ½ Self Drilling, Qty. 2 per each fan installed.
4. 0901915 – Washer, Star #8, Qty. 2 per each fan installed.
5. 0905403 – Wire Clip, Qty. 1 per each fan installed. (Two kits required in applications where two fans are needed.)
