Traffic lights have to be installed by qualified staff only.
• Before connecting the electrical cables, make sure that the power supply is off.
• Make sure that there are adequate electrical protection against shortcuts and
earthing.
• When installing the traffic light pay attention that someone or something does not
damage it.
• This product has not to be employed for inappropriate or different purposes than
those provided.
• Use only original components. SEA does not take upon any responsibility for
damages caused by the inappropriate use of non-original components.
DESCRIPTION OF THE PRODUCT
LED traffic lights with two lights, have a lower energy consumption and need less
maintenance costs than tradition traffic lights with a normal light bulb. The LED card has
monochromatic intense and bright beams of light with a longer average life as each single
electric element works independently from the other, this assures a good functioning even
if one single element goes off.
LED traffic lights with two lights, have 2 cards with 25 LEDs in the following colour
combinations: red-green (RV).
LED traffic lights with one light is commonly employed to manage priorities in residential
hotels, blocks of flats, car parks, car wash and aquatic park facilities etc. They can also be
oriented with an angle of about 200° and clicks of 3°.

INSTALLATION
The traffic lights is in extruded and hot painted black aluminium. Inside there are two cards with 25 LEDs (divided by a separator);
The traffic light has got two brackets to fix the traffic light to the wall and can also be oriented with an angle of about 200° and clicks of 3°.
The installation envisages the following steps:
1. Connect the traffic light to a control board with make sure that there are adequate electrical protection against shortcuts and earthing.
2. Unscrew the lower cover of the traffic light, bore it to insert the stop cable connector and connect the cables with the power supply. It is advised to
use cables with a 1,5 mm diameter and a max. length of 20 m.
3. Fix the traffic light with the brackets, screws and tapping screws.
ATTENTION: make sure that the screws of the visor are well screwed in to guarantee the perfect isolation of the gaskets.
DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY
Traffic light with two lights (red-green) abide to the CEI EN 60529 regulation thanks to their manufacture and assembling with devices that help
insulating the product from outer environmental agents (PVC and OR gaskets) for all those parts that can allow the seepage of solid bodies (dust)
and liquids; traffic lights have an IP X5 protection degree for the seepage of dust and an IP 6X protection degree for the seepage of liquids.
The protection degree observed is IP 65.
