Charging the device
Use a charger to charge the battery before using the device for the first time. Connect the device and the charger, and then plug the charger into an electric socket.
The charger and the charging cable are sold separately.
Turning the device on or off
Slide the power switch to turn the device on or off, or enter Pairing mode.

Press and hold the select button when the device is turned on.

Pairing and connecting the device
When using a new smartphone, you need to pair it with the device. Once pairing is complete, the device attempts to reconnect each time you turn it on.
Option 1: Manual Pairing
1 Slide the power switch all the way to the right for 3
seconds to enter Pairing mode.
The indicator light turns blue for 3 minutes.

2 Activate the Bluetooth feature on the smartphone,
scan for the device, and then select the device name “Samsung Game Pad EI-GP20” from the list of available devices. For more details, refer to the mobile device’s user manual.
Option 2: Pairing via NFC
1 Activate the NFC and Bluetooth feature on the
smartphone. Make sure to unlock the smartphone before using the NFC feature.
2 Turn the device on, and then the device’s back, the
NFC logo, to the smartphone’s NFC antenna until NFC pairing completes.
Some of NFC-enabled devices may not support
•
this feature. To locate the mobile device’s NFC antenna and
•
activate NFC, refer to the mobile device’s user manual.
Reconnecting and disconnecting
Reconnecting
If the connection is lost while in use, press any button or use the Bluetooth menu on the smartphone.
Make sure the device is turned on, and the smartphone’s Bluetooth feature is activated.
Disconnecting
Turn off the device or use the Bluetooth menu on the smartphone.
Attaching a smartphone to the device
1 Pull out the holder from the device.
Do not pull out the holder excessively. Doing so may damage the device.
2 Slide the smartphone into the holder until it is fixed
firmly as shown in the image below.
The device is suitable for 4”-6.3” Samsung smartphones.

Removing the smartphone from the device
Push the smartphone to upper side of the device, and lift it as show in the image below.
