Important notice
In certain circumstances, using a keyboard may cause injury to hands, wrists, arms, back or neck. If you do experience pain, numbness or weakness in these areas during or after using the keyboard, seek help from a qualified medical professional.
The following guidelines will minimise the risk of injury:
- Adjust your chair height and distance from the keyboard so your wrists are straight.
- Keep your shoulders relaxed with your elbows at your side. Position your keyboard and mouse so you don't have to reach.
- Take frequent breaks to rest your hands and arms. Leave your computer and walk around at least twice an hour and try to vary what you do during the day.
- Avoid resting your wrists on sharp edges and if you have a wrist or palm rest, don't use it while typing.

Installation for all platforms
1 Plug the USB connector of the keyboard into one of your computer’s USB ports. 2 Follow the device installation wizard to complete the installation of the new
USB device to the system.
3 Your keyboard is now ready to use. Sleep function: Your Slimline Multimedia keyboard features a sleep button on
the top left hand side of the keyboard. Please note that for Vista users, the sleep button may have a different function depending on your PC settings. To check that the sleep button will make your PC sleep, go to Windows Start, Control panel, Power options. Click on the “Choose what the power buttons do" link on the left hand side of the window, under “When I press the sleep button on my computer”, select “Sleep” from the drag down menu.

repair, alteration or maintenance by any person or party other than our own service facility or an authorized service center, use or installation of non-Saitek replacement parts in the product or the modification of this product in any way, or the incorporation of this product into any other products, or damage to the product caused by accident, fire, floods, lightning, or acts of God, or any use violative of instructions furnished by Saitek plc.
5 Obligations of Saitek shall be limited to repair or replacement with the same or similar unit, at
our option. To obtain repairs under this warranty, present the product and proof of purchase (eg, bill or invoice) to the authorized Saitek Technical Support Center (listed on the separate sheet packaged with this product) transportation charges prepaid. Any requirements that conflict with any state or Federal laws, rules and/or obligations shall not be enforceable in that particular territory and Saitek will adhere to those laws, rules, and/or obligations.
6 When returning the product for repair, please pack it very carefully, preferably using the
original packaging materials. Please also include an explanatory note.
7 IMPORTANT: To save yourself unnecessary cost and inconvenience, please check carefully
that you have read and followed the instructions in this manual. This warranty is in lieu of all other expressed warranties, obligations or liabilities. ANY
IMPLIED WARRANTIES, OBLIGATIONS, OR LIABILITIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALLBE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WRITTEN LIMITED WARRANTY. This symbol on the product or in the instructions means that your electrical and electronic equipment should be disposed at the end of its life separately from your household waste. There are separate collection systems for recycling in the EU.
