1 Hinweise zur Sicherheit
ACHTUNG! Beim Gebrauch von Elektrowerkzeugen sind zum Schutz gegen elektri-
schen Schlag, Verletzungs- und Brandgefahr folgende grundsätzliche Sicherheitsmaßnahmen zu beachten.
1.1 Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Die Hochdruck-Rohrreinigungsgeräte dürfen nur zum Reinigen von Rohren, Abflüssen, Abläufen, Hausanschlüssen, Regenfallrohren, Reinigungsarbeiten im Kanalbereich Ø 40 – 150 mm
bis 30 m Länge bzw. Ø 40 – 250 mm bis 40 m Länge, sowie für Oberflächenreinigung von Fahrzeugen, Maschinen, Gebäuden und Bodenplatten verwendet werden.
Der Hochdruckreiniger HD 19/180B darf nur im Freien betrieben werden!
1.2 Allgemeine Sicherheitshinweise
Lesen Sie alle diese Hinweise, bevor Sie dieses Elektrowerkzeug benutzen, und bewahren Sie die Sicherheitshinweise gut auf.
Wartung und Instandhaltung:
1 Regelmäßige Reinigung, Wartung und Schmierung. Vor jeglicher Einstellung, Instand-
haltung oder Instandsetzung Netzstecker ziehen.
2 Lassen Sie Ihr Gerät nur von qualifiziertem Fachpersonal und nur mit Original-
Ersatzteilen reparieren. Damit wird sichergestellt, dass die Sicherheit des Gerätes erhalten
bleibt.
Sicheres Arbeiten:
1 Halten Sie Ihren Arbeitsbereich in Ordnung. Unordnung im Arbeitsbereich kann Unfälle
zur Folge haben.
2 Berücksichtigen Sie Umgebungseinflüsse. Setzen Sie Elektrowerkzeuge nicht dem Re-
gen aus. Benutzen Sie Elektrowerkzeuge nicht in feuchter oder nasser Umgebung. Sorgen
Sie für gute Beleuchtung des Arbeitsbereichs. Benutzen Sie Elektrowerkzeuge nicht, wo
Brand- oder Explosionsgefahr besteht.
3 Schützen Sie sich vor elektrischem Schlag. Vermeiden Sie Körperberührung mit geerde-
ten Teilen (z.B. Rohren, Radiatoren, Elektroherden, Kühlgeräten).
4 Halten Sie andere Personen fern. Lassen Sie andere Personen, insbesondere Kinder,
nicht an das Elektrowerkzeug oder das Kabel berühren. Halten Sie sie von dem Arbeitsbereich fern.
5 Bewahren Sie unbenutzte Elektrowerkzeuge sicher auf. Unbenutzte Elektrowerkzeuge
sollten an einem trockenen, hochgelegenen oder abgeschlossenen Ort, außerhalb der
Reichweite von Kindern, abgelegt werden.
6 Überlasten Sie ihr Elektrowerkzeug nicht. Sie arbeiten besser und sicherer im angege-
benen Leistungsbereich.
7 Benutzen Sie das richtige Elektrowerkzeug. Verwenden sie keine leistungsschwachen
Maschinen für schwere Arbeiten. Benutzen Sie das Elektrowerkzeug nicht für solche Zwecke, für die es nicht vorgesehen ist. Benutzen Sie z.B. keine Handkreissäge zum Schneiden
von Baumästen oder Holzscheiten.
8 Tragen Sie geeignete Kleidung. Tragen Sie keine weite Kleidung oder Schmuck, sie könn-
ten von beweglichen Teilen erfasst werden. Bei Arbeiten im Freien ist rutschfestes Schuhwerk empfehlenswert. Tragen Sie bei langen Haaren ein Haarnetz.
9 Benutzen Sie Schutzausrüstung. Tragen Sie eine Schutzbrille. Verwenden Sie bei staub-
erzeugenden Arbeiten eine Atemmaske.
10 Schließen Sie die Staubabsaug-Einrichtung an. Falls Anschlüsse zur Staubabsaugung
und Auffangeinrichtung vorhanden sind, überzeugen Sie sich, dass diese angeschlossen
und richtig benutzt werden.
11 Verwenden Sie das Kabel nicht für Zwecke, für die es nicht bestimmt ist. Benutzen Sie
das Kabel nicht, um den Stecker aus der Steckdose zu ziehen. Schützen Sie das Kabel vor
Hitze, Öl und scharfen Kanten.

12 Sichern Sie das Werkstück. Benutzen Sie Spannvorrichtungen oder einen Schraubstock,
um das Werkstück festzuhalten. Es ist damit sicherer gehalten als mit Ihrer Hand.
13 Vermeiden Sie abnormale Körperhaltung. Sorgen Sie für sicheren Stand und halten Sie
jederzeit das Gleichgewicht.
14 Pflegen Sie Ihre Werkzeuge mit Sorgfalt. Halten Sie die Schneidwerkzeuge scharf und
sauber, um besser und sicherer arbeiten zu können. Befolgen Sie die Hinweise zur Schmierung und zum Werkzeugwechsel. Kontrollieren Sie regelmäßig die Anschlussleitung des
Elektrowerkzeugs und lassen Sie diese bei Beschädigung von einem anerkannten Fachmann erneuern. Kontrollieren Sie die Verlängerungsleitungen regelmäßig und ersetzen Sie
diese, wenn sie beschädigt sind. Halten Sie Handgriffe trocken, sauber und frei von Fett und
Öl.
15 Ziehen Sie den Stecker aus der Steckdose. Bei Nichtgebrauch des Elektrowerkzeugs, vor
der Wartung und beim Wechsel von Werkzeugen wie z. B. Sägeblatt, Bohrer, Fräser.
16 Lassen Sie keine Werkzeugschlüssel stecken. Überprüfen Sie vor dem Einschalten, dass
Schlüssel und Einstellwerkzeug entfernt sind.
17 Vermeiden Sie unbeabsichtigten Anlauf. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass der Schalter beim
Einstecken des Steckers in die Steckdose ausgeschaltet ist.
18 Benutzen Sie Verlängerungskabel für den Außenbereich. Verwenden Sie im Freien nur
dafür zugelassene und entsprechend gekennzeichnete Verlängerungskabel.
19 Seien Sie Aufmerksam. Achten Sie darauf, was Sie tun. Gehen Sie mit Vernunft an die Ar-
beit. Benutzen Sie das Elektrowerkzeug nicht, wenn Sie unkonzentriert sind.
20 Überprüfen Sie das Elektrowerkzeug auf eventuelle Beschädigungen. Vor weiterem
Gebrauch des Elektrowerkzeugs müssen Schutzvorrichtungen oder leicht beschädigte Teile
sorgfältig auf ihre einwandfreie und bestimmungsgemäße Funktion untersucht werden.
Überprüfen Sie, ob die beweglichen Teile einwandfrei funktionieren und nicht klemmen oder
ob Teile beschädigt sind. Sämtliche Teile müssen richtig montiert sein und alle Bedingungen
erfüllen, um den einwandfreien Betrieb des Elektrowerkzeugs zu gewährleisten.
Beschädigte Schutzvorrichtungen und Teile müssen bestimmungsgemäß durch eine aner-
kannte Fachwerkstatt repariert oder ausgewechselt werden, soweit nichts anderes in der
Gebrauchsanweisung angegeben ist. Beschädigte Schalter müssen bei einer Kundenwerkstatt ersetzt werden.
Benutzen Sie keine Elektrowerkzeuge, bei denen sich der Schalter nicht ein- und ausschal-
ten lässt.
21 Achtung. Der Gebrauch anderer Einsatzwerkzeuge und anderen Zubehörs kann Verlet-
zungsgefahr für Sie bedeuten.
22 Lassen Sie ihr Elektrowerkzeug durch eine Elektrofachkraft reparieren. Dieses Elekt-
rowerkzeug entspricht den einschlägigen Sicherheitsbestimmungen. Reparaturen dürfen nur
von einer Elektrofachkraft ausgeführt werden, indem Original Ersatzteile verwendet werden;
andernfalls können Unfälle für den Benutzer entstehen.
1.3 Spezielle Sicherheitshinweise
Die Geräte dürfen nach DIN 1988-1 nicht unmittelbar an die öffentliche Trinkwasserversorgung
angeschlossen werden. Der Anschluss ist jedoch kurzzeitig nach DVGW zulässig, wenn ein
Rückflussverhinderer mit Rohrbelüfter in die Zuleitung eingebaut ist.
Schlauchleitungen sind so zu führen, dass sie nicht eingeklemmt oder an scharfkantigen Körpern beschädigt werden. Erhöhte Zug- und Biegebeanspruchungen an Schlauchleitungen sind
zu vermeiden.
Der Betreiber hat dafür zu sorgen, dass vor jeder Inbetriebnahme des Flüssigkeitsstrahlers dessen wesentliche Teile und Sicherheitseinrichtungen auf ordnungsgemäßen Zustand zu überprüfen sind. Mängel sind vor Inbetriebnahme zu beseitigen.
Bei Rohrreinigungsarbeiten erst einschalten, wenn die Düse mit Schlauch bis mindestens zur
Markierung im Rohr steckt. Beachten Sie auch „Richtlinien für Flüssigkeitsstrahler" und „Sicher-
heit elektrischer Geräte für den Hausgebrauch und ähnliche Zwecke“.
Niemals lösungsmittelhaltige Flüssigkeiten wie Lackverdünnungen, Benzin, Öl oder ähnliche
Flüssigkeiten ansaugen. Angaben der Zusatzmittel – Hersteller beachten! Die Dichtungen im

Gerät sind nicht lösungsmittelbeständig! Der Sprühnebel von Lösungsmitteln ist hochentzünd-

Dieses Gerät wurde entwickelt für die Verwendung von Reinigungsmitteln, die vom Hersteller
geliefert oder empfohlen werden. Die Verwendung von anderen Reinigungsmitteln oder Chemikalien kann die Sicherheit des Gerätes beeinträchtigen.
Hochdruckstrahl nicht auf Personen, Tiere, aktive elektrische Ausrüstung oder auf das Gerät
selbst richten.
Das Gerät nicht verwenden, wenn sich andere Personen in Reichweite befinden, es sei denn,
sie tragen Schutzkleidung.
Den Hochdruckstrahl nicht auf andere oder sich selbst richten, um Kleidung oder Schuhwerk zu
reinigen.
Keine brennbaren Flüssigkeiten versprühen.
Das Gerät darf nicht von Kindern oder nicht unterwiesenen Personen betrieben werden.
Hochdruckschläuche, Armaturen und Kupplungen sind wichtig für die Gerätesicherheit. Nur vom
Hersteller empfohlene Hochdruckschläuche, Armaturen und Kupplungen verwenden.

Die Bedienung der Hochdruckreiniger dürfen nur unter Beachtung aller Hinweise zur Sicherheit von Mensch und Maschine durchgeführt werden!
Die Maschinen dürfen nicht in feuer- und explosionsgefährdeten Räumen
sowie in Pfützen aufgestellt bzw. betrieben werden. Die Geräte dürfen nicht
unter Wasser betrieben werden!
Achtung: Nur sauberes Wasser verwenden!
Achtung! Kein verschmutztes Wasser ansaugen, Sieb am Saugschlauch!
Die Vorschriften des Wasserversorgungsunternehmens beachten!
3.1 Übersicht (A)
3.2 Funktionsbeschreibung
Die Hochdruck-Rohrreinigungsgeräte sind selbst ansaugende Kompaktgeräte zum Reinigen von
Rohren, Abflüssen, Abläufen, Hausanschlüssen, Regenfallrohren und Reinigungsarbeiten im
Kanalbereich von folgenden Durchmessern:
HD 11/90 und HD 13/100 Ø 40 – 150 mm bis maximal 30 m Länge
HD 17/190 und HD 19/180B Ø 40 – 200 mm bis maximal 40 m Länge
Alle Typen sind ausgestattet mit:
• Stufenloser Druckregulierung
• Im Ölbad laufende 3-Keramikplunger-Pumpe, trockenlaufsicher, Edelstahlventile, Messing-
Pumpengehäuse, Leckagerückführung, Manometer mit bar / psi Skala, selbst ansaugend
bis 2 m
• Integriertem Ansauginjektor, Zuführung von Reinigungsmitteln erfolgt außerhalb der Pumpe,
dadurch keine Beschädigung der Hochdruckdichtung.
Bei der Verwendung einer Waschlanze (Zubehör Art. Nr.: 76068 / 76073) dienen die Hochdruckreiniger ebenso zum Oberflächenreinigen von Fahrzeugen, Gebäuden, Maschinen usw.
3.3 Inbetriebnahme (B)
Wasser- Anschlussmöglichkeiten (Bild B-1)
Wasserschlauch an Sauganschluss (A) der Pumpe mit Schlauchschelle befestigen.
Wasserschlauch an Wasserleitung anschließen und Wasserhahn öffnen. Die Wassermenge
muss für den jeweiligen HD-Reiniger-Typ ausreichend sein.
Bei Ansaugen von Wasser aus einem Behälter, Wasseransaugschlauch (Zubehör Art. Nr.:
76066) an Sauganschluss (A) der Pumpe mit Überwurfmutter befestigen und Sieb (B) in Behäl-
ter stecken.
Die maximale Saughöhe beträgt 2 m. Die maximale Wassertemperatur beträgt 60°C.
Stecker des Netzkabels in Steckdose stecken (außer bei HD 19/180B).

Die notwendige Absicherung gemäß Stromaufnahme der Geräte beachten! Bei Verwendung
HD-Schlauch mit Düse muss sich dabei mindestens bis zur Markierung im Rohr
befinden und darf erst bei ausgeschaltetem Gerät herausgenommen werden.
Vorschriften des Zusatzmittelherstellers (z.B.: Schutzausrüstung) und Abwasserbestimmungen beachten!
von Kabelrollen, das Kabel vollständig abrollen!
HD-Schlauch mit Düse schlingenfrei abrollen und mindestens bis zur Markierung in das zu
reinigende Rohr führen.
Bei Verwendung einer Waschlanze (Zubehör Art.-Nr.: 76068/76073) diese mittels Adapter an
HD-Schlauch anschließen. Hierzu Totmannschalter (10) mit Verbindungsschlauch (12) entfernen und Verbindungsschlauch (7) an den Haspelanschluss (11) anschließen.
Gerät einschalten, bzw. Motor (HD 19/180B) in Gang bringen (s. Bedienungsanleitung Ben-
zin-Motor).
Waschlanze/Totmannschalter drücken um den Flüssigkeitsstrahl zu aktivieren.
Ein / Aus Schalter ist gleichzeitig Motorschutzschalter, der bei Überschreiten des eingestellten
Wertes (Ampere) ausschaltet.
Je nach Art der Verschmutzung sind Rohrreinigungsdüsen einzusetzen.
Einsatz chemischer Reinigungsmittel (Bild B-2)
Anwendungsgebiet: Stark verschmutzte Oberflächen von Häusern, Autos, Gehwegplatten usw.
Dazu sind notwendig: Injektor-Ansaugschlauch (Zubehör Art.-Nr.: 76067), Waschlanze mit Re-
geldüse (Zubehör Art. Nr.: 76068 / 76073) und chemisches Reinigungsmittel.
Totmannschalter (10) mit Verbindungsschlauch (12) entfernen und Verbindungsschlauch (7)
an den Haspelanschluss (11) anschließen.
Anschluss (A) des Injektor-Ansaugschlauches auf Schlauchtülle (3) schieben und Chemie-
sieb (B) in den Behälter mit Reinigungsmittel stecken.
Waschlanze mittels Adapter an HD-Schlauch anschließen und Regeldüse (C) aufdrehen,
der Injektor saugt Reinigungsmittel an.
Beim Schließen der Regeldüse wird Chemiezufuhr automatisch geschlossen.
Reinigungsmittel einwirken lassen und anschließend mit Hochdruck abspülen.

3.4 Außerbetriebnahme
Totmannschalter loslassen, der Sprühstrahl stoppt.
Gerät ausschalten, bzw. Motor (HD 19/180B) abschalten (s. Bedienungsanleitung Benzin-
Motor).
Wasserzugabe stoppen (Wasserhahn schließen).
Entlüften: Totmannschalter kurz drücken bis der Druck abgebaut ist.
Bei Verwendung der Waschlanze: Waschlanze von HD-Schlauch abschrauben und ord-
nungsgemäß lagern.
Pumpe entleeren: Totmannschalter drücken und Motor ca. 20 Sekunden einschalten.
Netzstecker ziehen (HD 11/90, HD 13/100, HD 17/190).
HD-Schlauch auf die Haspel ordnungsgemäß aufwickeln.
Winter: Pumpe in frostfreien Räumen lagern.
Wasserfilter reinigen.

Das Sicherheitsventil muss so eingestellt werden, dass der maximale Betriebsdruck um nicht
mehr als 10% überschritten werden kann.

Der Benzinmotor ist nach Angaben des Herstellers zu warten und zu pflegen.
Die Hochdruckreinigungsgeräte dürfen nur von eingewiesenem Fachpersonal demontiert und
repariert werden.

1 Safety Notes
ATTENTION! When using electric tools, the following fundamental safety measures
must be taken to prevent electric shock, injury or fire.
1.1 Intended use
The high-pressure pipe cleaning devices must only be used to clean pipes, drains, downpipes,
house service connections and rain downpipes as well as for cleaning work in ducts with a diameter of 40 – 150 mm and up to 30 m in length or with a diameter of 40 – 250 mm and up to 40
m in length and for cleaning the surfaces of motor vehicles, machines, buildings and floor plates.
The HD 19/180B high-pressure cleaner must only be used outdoors!
1.2 General safety instructions
Read all of these instructions before you use the electric tool, and store the safety instructions properly.
Service and maintenance:
1 Regular cleaning, maintenance and lubrication. Always pull the electrical plug before any
adjustment, maintenance or repair.
2 Have your device repaired only by qualified experts and only with original replace-
ment parts. This ensures the continued safety of the device.
Working safely:
1 Keep your work area orderly. A messy work area can cause accidents.
2 Consider environmental influences. Do not expose electric tools to rain. Do not use elec-
tric tools in damp or wet environments. Keep the work area well lit. Do not use electric tools
where there is a risk of fire or explosion.
3 Protect yourself from electric shock. Avoid physical contact with earthed parts (such as
pipes, radiators, electric stoves or cooling devices).
4 Keep other people away. Do not let other people — especially children — touch the elec-
tric tool or its cable. Keep them away from the work area.
5 Store electric tools safely when they are not in use. Unused electric tools should be kept
in a dry, high or closed area, out of reach of children.
6 Do not overload your electric tool. Work is better and safer within the performance range
indicated.
7 Use the right electric tool. Don't use low-performance machines for heavy-duty jobs. Do
not use the electric tool for purposes for which it was not intended. For example, do not use
a portable circular saw for cutting tree branches or logs.
8 Wear proper clothing. Do not wear loose clothing or jewellery, as they can get caught in
moving parts. When working outdoors, wear slip-resistant shoes. Wear a hairnet over long
hair.
9 Use protective gear. Wear safety glasses. Wear a breathing mask during work that creates
dust.
10 Connect the dust extraction equipment. If there are connections to dust extraction and
collection equipment, make sure that they are connected and properly used.
11 Do not use the cable for purposes for which it was not intended. Never use the cable to
pull the plug from the socket. Protect the cable from heat, oil and sharp edges.
12 Secure the work piece. Use clamps or a vice to hold the work piece firmly. They will hold it
more securely than your hand can.
13 Avoid abnormal postures. Make sure to stand securely and always keep your balance.
14 Maintain your tools with care. For better and safer work, keep cutting tools sharp and
clean. Follow the instructions for lubrication and changing tools. Regularly inspect the electric tool's connection cable, and if it is damaged, have it replaced by an authorized expert.
Regularly check extension cords and replace them if they are damaged. Keep the handles
dry, clean and free of oil and grease.

15 Pull the plug from the socket. When not using the electric tool, before maintenance or
when changing tools, such as saw blades, drills and cutting bits.
16 Do not leave any tool keys inserted. Before switching on, check to see that keys and ad-
justment tools have been removed.
17 Avoid unintentional activation. When plugging the tool in, make sure that the switch is
turned off.
18 Use outdoor extension cords. When outdoors, use only extension cords that are approved
and appropriately marked.
19 Be alert. Pay attention to what you do. Approach your work sensibly. Do not use the electric
tool when you are distracted.
20 Check the electric tool for damage. Before using the electric tool, you must inspect safety
equipment or slightly damaged parts carefully to ensure that they work properly and as intended. Check to see that the moving parts operate freely and don't stick, and to make sure
no parts are damaged. All parts must be mounted properly and meet all the conditions for
ensuring trouble-free operation of the electric tool.
Damaged safety equipment and parts must be properly repaired or replaced by a profes-
sional facility, unless otherwise indicated in the user manual. Damaged switches must be
replaced by a customer service facility.
Never use an electric tool whose switch cannot be turned on and off.
21 Caution. Using other insertion tools and accessories may cause injury.
22 Have your tool repaired by an electrical expert. This electric tool meets applicable safety
requirements. Repairs must be made only by an electrical expert using original replacement
parts. Otherwise accidents many occur.
1.3 Special safety instructions
In accordance with DIN 1988-1 the devices must not be connected directly to the public drinking
water supply. According to the DVGW (German Technical and Scientific Association for Gas and
Water) short-term connection is, however, permissible if a return flow inhibitor with an aerator is
fitted in the inlet pipe.
Hose lines are to be guided in such a way that they are not pinched or damaged by bodies with
sharp edges. Extended tensile and bending stress to the hose lines is to be avoided.
The operator must ensure that the proper condition of the important parts and safety devices is
checked every time before the fluid spray gun is put into operation. Any faults are to be remedied before start-up.
For pipe cleaning work do not switch on until the nozzle and the hose are inserted into the pipe
until the mark on the pipe. Please also observe the “Guidelines for fluid spray guns“ and “Safety
of electric devices for domestic use and similar purposes”.
Never take in solvent-containing fluids such as paint thinner, petrol, oil or similar fluids. Observe
the information provided by the manufacturers of the additives. The seals in the device are not
solvent resistant. The atomised spray of solvents is highly inflammable, able to explode and toxic.
This appliance was designed to be used with detergents which are supplied or recommended by
the manufacturer. The use of other detergents or chemicals may compromise the safety of the
appliance.
The high pressure jet may not be directed at persons, animals, live electrical equipment or at the
appliance itself.
Do not use the appliance when there are other persons around unless they are also wearing
protective clothing.
The high-pressure jet must not be directed at other persons or the user him/herself to clean
clothing or footwear.
Do not spray flammable liquids.
The appliance must not be operated by children or persons who have not been instructed ac-
cordingly.

3 Function of the Unit
3.1 Overview (A)

3.2 Functional description
The high-pressure cleaner must only be operated if all information on the
safety of people and the machine is observed!
The machines must not be positioned and operated in rooms subject to fire
and explosion hazards or in puddles. The devices must not be operated under
water!
Please note: only use clean water!
Please note: do not draw in dirty water. Sieve on the intake hose!
Please observe the regulations of the water distribution company!
In doing so the high pressure hose with nozzle must at least be at the marking in
the pipe and may only be removed after the device has been switched off.
The high-pressure pipe cleaning devices are self-priming compact devices for cleaning pipes,
drains, downpipes, house service connections, rain downpipes and for cleaning work in ducts of
the following diameters:
HD 11/90 and HD 13/100 dia. 40 – 150 mm up to a maximum length of 30 m
HD 17/190 and HD 19/180B dia. 40 – 200 mm up to a maximum length of 40 m
All types are equipped with:
• Continuously variable pressure regulation
• A pump with 3 ceramic plungers running in an oil bath, run-dry safe, stainless steel valves,
brass pump housing, leak refeed, pressure gauge with bar/psi scale, self-priming up to 2 m
• Integrated suction injector, solvent feed outside of the pump, thus no damage to the highpressure seal.
When using a washing lance (accessory item no.: 76068 / 76073) the high-pressure cleaners also serve to clean the surfaces of motor vehicles, buildings, machines, etc.
3.3 Start of operation (B)
Water connection facilities (ill. B-1)
Use the hose clamp to fasten the water hose to the suction connection (A) on the pump.
Connect the water hose to the water supply and turn on the tap. The amount of water must
be adequate for the respective high-pressure cleaner type.
When drawing water in from a water tank, fasten the water intake hose (accessory item no.:
76066) to the intake adaptor (A) on the pump by means of the cap nut and insert the sieve (B)
into the water tank.
The maximum suction height is 2 m. The maximum water temperature amounts to 60°C.
Plug the line cord plug into the socket (except on HD 19/180B).
Please observe the necessary fuse protection in accordance with the current consumption of the
devices. When using cable drums, be sure to unwind the cable completely!
Unroll the high pressure hose with nozzle loop-free and lead it into the pipe to be cleaned at
least up to the marking.
When using a washing lance (accessory item no.: 76068/76073) please connect this to the highpressure hose by means of an adaptor. In doing so remove the dead man’s switch (10) with
connecting hose (12) and connect the connecting hose (7) to the reel connection (11).
Switch on the device or actuate the motor (HD 19/180B) (see petrol motor instruction manu-
al).
Press the washing lance/dead man’s switch in order to activate the spray of liquid.

Use of chemical cleaning agents (ill. B-2)
Area of application: Heavily contaminated surfaces of houses, motor vehicles, paving tiles, etc.
Necessary for this application: Injector intake hose (accessory item no. 76067), washing lance
with control nozzle (accessory item no. 76068 / 76073) and chemical cleaning agent.
Remove the dead man’s switch (10) with connecting hose (12) and connect the connecting
hose (7) to the reel connection (11).
Slide the adaptor (A) of the injector intake hose onto the hose connection (3) and insert the
chemical sieve (B) into the reservoir with the chemical agent.
Connect the washing lance by means of an adaptor to the high-pressure hose and turn on
the control nozzle (C). The injector will now draw in the cleaning agent.
The chemical agent supply is shut down automatically when the control nozzle is closed.
Allow the cleaning agent to act and rinse off subsequently at high pressure.
Chemical agent supply only up to a maximum hose length of 20 m! In this connection
please see accessory high-pressure hose 10 m (item no.: 72810) and 20 m (item no.: 72812).
3.4 Shutdown
Release the dead man’s switch, the spray jet stops.
Switch off the device or deactivate the motor (HD 19/180B) (see petrol motor instruction
manual).
Stop the supply of water (turn off tap).
Venting: Press the dead man’s switch shortly to relieve the pressure.
After using the washing lance: unscrew the washing lance from the high pressure hose and
store in an orderly fashion.
Emptying the pump: press the dead man’s switch and switch on the motor for about 20 sec-
onds.
Remove the power plug (HD 11/90, HD 13/100, HD 17/190).
Wind the high pressure hose in an orderly fashion onto the reel.
Winter: Store the pump in frost-free places.
Clean the water filter.
4 Care and Maintenance
Use the gauge glass to check the oil level every time before start-up (please observe hori-
zontal position). The oil level should be half way up the gauge glass.
The first oil change should take place after 500 operating hours. Further oil changes after 1000
operating hours in each case. Type of oil: Castrol Formula RS.
Warranty of any kind shall expire if the pump is operated without a universal safety valve or if the
limiting values for temperature and speed are exceeded ("Guidelines for fluid spray guns").
The safety valve must be set in such a way that the maximum operating pressure cannot be exceeded by more than 10%.

7 Disposal
Do not dispose of electric tools with domestic waste. In accordance with European
Directive 2012/19/EC on waste electrical and electronic equipment and its implementation as national law, electric tools that are no longer serviceable must be collected
separately and utilised for environmentally compatible recycling.
Components of the unit are recyclable material and should be put to recycling. For this purpose
registered and certified recycling companies are available. For an environmental friendly disposal of the non-recyclable parts (e.g. electronic waste) please contact your local waste disposal
authority.
Oils and lubricants: Only specialist companies are authorized to dispose of old oils. Old oils
and contaminated oils must be stored and disposed of in sealed, oil-resistant containers (metal
drums). Defective electrical appliances and machines that cannot be repaired must be opened
and cleaned to remove the remaining oil. Oil troughs must be cleaned so that there are no traces of oil. No oils (even very small amounts) may be allowed to enter the ground!
Waste from maintenance work: Regulations issued by the responsible national and regional
authorities for disposing of refuse must be observed. These are available from the local environmental authority. If in doubt, waste from maintenance work such as cleaning and rinsing
agents, cloths etc. must be disposed of as special category waste by communal collecting
points. Waste that can be recycled must be separated on the basis of material groups and sent
for suitable recycling!

1 Consignes de sécurité
ATTENTION! Veuillez observer les mesures de sécurité suivantes afin d'éviter les
électrocutions et les dangers de blessures ou d'incendies pendant l'utilisation des
outils électriques.
1.1 Utilisation conforme aux dispositions
Les appareils de nettoyage haute pression pour canalisations ne doivent être utilisés que pour
nettoyer des tuyaux, des évacuations, des écoulements, des raccordements de canalisations
domestiques, des tuyaux de descente d'eau de pluie, pour les travaux de nettoyage de conduites d'un diamètre de 40 à 150 mm et d'une longueur allant jusqu'à 30 m ou bien d'un diamètre de 40 à 250 mm et d'une longueur allant jusqu'à 40 m, ainsi que pour laver les véhicules,
les machines, les bâtiments et les dalles de plancher.
Le nettoyeur à haute pression HD 19/180B doit être utilisé uniquement à l'air libre!
1.2 Consignes générales de sécurité
Veuillez lire ces consignes avant d'utiliser cet outil électrique et conservez-les soigneusement.
Entretien et maintenance:
1 Nettoyage, entretien et graissage réguliers. Débranchez avant tous les réglages, les tra-
vaux de maintenance ou les réparations.
2 Confiez la réparation de votre appareil uniquement à des personnes qualifiées utili-
sant des pièces de rechange d'origine. Ceci permet de garantir la sécurité de l'appareil à
long terme.
Travaux sécurisés:
1 Maintenez l'espace de travail en ordre. Le désordre dans l'espace de travail peut provo-
quer des accidents.
2 Tenez compte des influences de l'environnement. N'exposez pas votre outil électrique à
la pluie. N'utilisez pas votre outil électrique dans un environnement humide ou mouillé. Assurez un bon éclairage à votre espace de travail. N'utilisez pas votre outil électrique à des
endroits soumis à des risques d'incendie ou d'explosion.
3 Protégez-vous d'une électrocution. Évitez les contacts corporels avec des parties mises à
terre (par. ex. tubes, radiateurs, cuisinières électriques, appareils de refroidissement).
4 Ne laissez pas d'autres personnes s'approcher. Interdisez à d'autres personnes, aux en-
fants en particulier, de toucher l'outil électrique ou le câble. Maintenez-les à distance de
l'espace de travail.
5 Rangez l'outil électrique inutilisé dans un endroit protégé. Les outils électriques inutili-
sés doivent être déposés dans un endroit sec, surélevé et fermé, hors de portée des enfants.
6 Ne surchargez pas votre outil électrique. Le travail est plus sûr et plus facile dans la zone
de puissance.
7 Utilisez l'outil électrique adéquat. N'utilisez pas une machine à faible puissance pour des
travaux lourds. N'utilisez pas l'outil électrique à des fins non prévues pour lui. Par exemple,
n'utilisez pas de scie circulaire manuelle pour couper des troncs d'arbres ou des bûches.
8 Portez des vêtements adéquats. Ne portez pas de vêtements larges ou de bijoux, ils pour-
raient être saisis par les pièces mobiles. Des chaussures antidérapantes sont recommandées pour les travaux effectués en plein air. Mettez vos cheveux dans un filet.
9 Utilisez l'équipement de protection. Portez des lunettes de sécurité. Portez un masque
respiratoire pendant les travaux provoquant de la poussière.
10 Raccordez le dispositif d'aspiration. Au cas où des raccords pour les dispositifs d'aspira-
tion et de collection sont disponibles, vérifiez qu'ils sont bien branchés et correctement utilisés.
11 N'utilisez pas l'outil électrique à des fins non prévues pour lui. Ne tirez pas sur le câble
pour débrancher l'appareil. Protégez le câble de la chaleur, de l'huile et des arêtes tranchantes.

12 Assurez la pièce usinée. Utilisez le dispositif de tension ou un étau à vis afin de maintenir
la pièce usinée. Elle est maintenue plus sûrement qu'à la main.
13 Évitez les positions corporelles anormales. Veillez à vous assurer une position sûre et
gardez toujours l'équilibre.
14 Soignez minutieusement vos outils. Maintenez les outils de coupes propres et tranchants
afin de vous faciliter le travail. Suivez les consignes pour le graissage et le changement
d'outil. Contrôlez régulièrement les conduites de raccordement des outils électriques et
faites les réparer par un professionnel agréé en cas de détérioration. Contrôlez régulièrement les rallonges et remplacez-les en cas de détériorations. Maintenez la poignée sèche,
propre et exempte de graisse ou d'huile.
15 Retirez la fiche de la prise de courant. Lorsque vous n'utilisez pas l'outil électrique, avant
l'entretien ou lors du changement d'outils comme la scie, la perceuse, la fraise.
16 Ne laissez pas la clé d'outil à l'intérieur. Vérifiez que la clé et l'outil de réglage soient reti-
rés avant la mise en marche.
17 Évitez les mises en marche involontaire. Assurez-vous que l'interrupteur est éteint lors-
que vous insérez la fiche dans la prise.
18 Utilisez la rallonge lors de travaux à l'extérieur. Utilisez uniquement des rallonges homo-
loguées et marquées en conséquence pour les travaux à l'air libre.
19 Soyez attentif. Soyez concentré sur votre travail. Faites preuve de bon sens lorsque vous
travaillez. N'utilisez aucun outil électrique si vous n'êtes pas concentré.
20 Vérifiez le bon état de l'outil électrique. Avant de continuer à utiliser l'outil électrique, véri-
fiez soigneusement les dispositifs de sécurité ou les pièces légèrement endommagées et
assurez-vous que le fonctionnement est impeccable et adéquat. Vérifiez que les parties mobiles fonctionnent de manière impeccable et ne coincent pas ainsi que le parfait état des
pièces. Toutes les pièces doivent être montées correctement et remplir toutes les conditions
afin de garantir un fonctionnement impeccable de l'outil électrique.
Les pièces et les dispositifs de sécurité endommagés doivent être réparés ou changés par
un atelier agréé, à moins que le mode d'emploi donne d'autres consignes. Les interrupteurs
endommagés doivent être remplacés dans un atelier pour notre clientèle.
N'utilisez pas un outil électrique qui ne peut être mis en marche ou arrêté.
21 Attention. L'utilisation d'autres outils et accessoires peut provoquer des blessures.
22 Faites réparer les outils électriques par un électricien qualifié. Cet outil électrique cor-
respond aux dispositions de sécurités applicables. Les réparations doivent uniquement être
effectuées par un électricien qualifié et avec les pièces de rechange originales ; dans le cas
contraire, cela pourrait provoquer des accidents.
1.3 Instructions de sécurité
Conformément à la norme DIN 1988-1, les appareils ne doivent pas être directement raccordés
au réseau public d'alimentation en eau potable. Toutefois, le raccordement pendant un temps
limité est autorisé par l'association allemande des agences de l'eau, si un clapet d'aspiration
avec aérateur pour tube de pression est installé dans la conduite.
Les conduites de tuyaux flexibles doivent être manipulées de manière à ce qu'elles ne risquent
pas de se coincer ou d'être endommagées par des corps étrangers à bords coupants. Eviter aux
conduites de tuyaux flexibles de subir des sollicitations de traction et de flexion trop élevées.
Avant chaque mise en service du projecteur de jet d'eau, l'utilisateur doit s'assurer que ses
pièces essentielles et ses dispositifs de sécurité sont dans un état réglementaire. Les défauts
doivent être éliminés avant la mise en service.
Pour les travaux de nettoyage de tuyaux, ne mettre en marche que lorsque la buse et le tuyau
flexible au moins jusqu'à la marque dans le tuyau sont déjà dans le tuyau. Tenir compte également des "Directives relatives aux appareils de projection de liquide (pulvérisateurs)" et de la
"Sécurité des appareils électrodomestiques et analogues".
Ne jamais aspirer de liquide contenant des solvants tels que diluants pour peinture, essence,
huile ou liquides semblables. Respecter les indications du fabricant de l'additif! Les joints d'étanchéité de l'appareil ne sont pas conçus pour résister aux solvants! Le nuage produit par des solvants pulvérisés est hautement inflammable, explosible et toxique!

Ne jamais diriger le jet haute pression sur soi-même ni sur d’autres personnes dans le but de
nettoyer les vêtements ou les chaussures.
Ne pas pulvériser de liquides inflammables.
L’appareil ne doit jamais être utilisé par des enfants ni par des personnes non avisées.
Les flexibles haute pression, les armatures et les raccords sont importants pour la sécurité de
l’appareil. N'utiliser que des flexibles haute pression, des armatures et des raccords recommandés par le fabricant.
2 Données techniques
Pendant le travail le niveau de bruit peut dépasser 85 dB (A). Porter un casque de protection
acoustique! Les valeurs mesurées sont déterminées conformément à la norme EN 60335-2-79.

Les machines ne doivent pas être installées ni utilisées dans des locaux
exposés à un risque d'explosion ou d'incendie, ou encore dans des flaques.
Les appareils ne doivent pas être utilisés sous l'eau!
Attention: n'utiliser que de l'eau propre!
Attention! Ne pas aspirer d'eau sale, placer un filtre sur le tuyau d'aspiration!
3.1 Vue d'ensemble (A)
3.2 Description du fonctionnement
Les appareils de nettoyage haute pression pour canalisations sont des appareils compacts à
aspiration automatique et conçus pour le nettoyage des tuyaux, évacuations, écoulements, raccordements de canalisations domestiques, tuyaux de descente d'eau de pluie, ainsi que pour
les travaux de nettoyage de conduites de diamètres suivants:
HD 11/90 et HD 13/100, diamètre de 40 à 150 mm et d' une longueur maximale de 30 m
HD 17/190 et HD 19/180B diamètre de 40 à 200 mm et d' une longueur maximale de 40 m
Tous les modèles sont équipés:
• d'une régulation de pression en continu
• d'une pompe à bain d'huile à 3 plongeurs céramique, protégée contre le fonctionnement à
sec, avec soupapes inox, corps de pompe en laiton, remise en circulation des fuites, manomètre avec échelle bar/psi, auto aspirante jusqu'à 2 m
• d'un injecteur d'aspiration intégré, d'une alimentation en produit de nettoyage extérieure à la
pompe, n'entraînant ainsi aucune détérioration du joint d'étanchéité haute pression.
Lorsqu'on utilise une lance de lavage (accessoires, réf.: 76068 / 76073) les nettoyeurs à haute
pression servent également au lavage des véhicules, des bâtiments, des machines etc.
3.3 Mise en service (B)
Possibilités de raccordement de l'eau (photo B-1)
Fixer le tuyau d'arrivée de l'eau sur le raccord d'aspiration (A) de la pompe à l'aide d'un col-
lier.
Raccorder le tuyau d'arrivée d'eau à la conduite d'eau et ouvrir le robinet. Le débit de l'eau
doit être suffisant et correspondre au modèle de nettoyeur à haute pression utilisé.
Pour aspirer de l'eau à partir d'un récipient, fixer le tuyau d'aspiration d'eau (accessoires, réf.:
76066) sur le raccord d'aspiration (A) de la pompe avec un écrou d'accouplement et placer le
filtre (B) dans le récipient.
La hauteur d'aspiration maximum est de 2 m. La température de l'eau ne doit pas dépasser
60°C.
