Cleaning the Terminal

Use Windex™ or a similar glass cleaner to remove grease, fingerprints, streaks and lint from the terminal screen. Any marks you do not remove will be trapped underneath the overlay. Grease will also affect the adhesion of the overlay.

Attaching the Overlay

1. Grasp the tab and partially peel back the protective layer covering the adhesive side of the overlay from one of the short sides.
Hold the peeled-back portion of the overlay protective layer out of the way as you perform the next step.

2. Center the antiglare overlay on the terminal and carefully position the exposed adhesive surface on the terminal.
3. Slowly peel off the rest of the overlay protective layer, while using a soft cloth to press the antiglare overlay on the screen.
Make sure that the overlay lies flat without bubbles or warps.
4. With the soft cloth or the flat surface of a fingernail, press around the edges of the overlay to completely seal it and remove any air bubbles trapped in the adhesion.

Remove the Overlay

If it is necessary to remove the overlay, lift up a corner and slowly pull the overlay off. Use isopropyl alcohol to remove any residual adhesive.
Removing the overlay greatly reduces the effectiveness of the adhesive. We recommend that you do not reuse the overlay.
