VARIABLE PRESSURE CLUTCH ASSIST
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
NOTE: The Rivera Primo-TPP Variable Pressure Clutch Assist is designed for use with Rivera Primo’s Pro Clutch only. It is
not designed for stock clutches. It is designed to run in a wet or dry clutch environment.
CAUTION: Unit must be COVERED DURING OPERATION, and is NOT DESIGNED TO BE OPERATED WHILE UNCOVERED under any circumstance. Operating the Rivera Primo-TPP Variable Pressure Clutch Assist uncovered VOIDS any
warranty express or implied.
1) Remove the existing Pro-Clutch shouldered nuts, spring retainer, lock
clips, diaphragm spring and pressure plate.
2) Install the Rivera TPP pressure plate, diaphragm spring (black), slinger-arm head assembly, lock
clips, and special length shouldered nuts. (See diagram below)
3) Tighten the shouldered nuts equally until bottomed, and the diaphragm clutch spring is compressed
to within .010”-to.020” of being absolutely flat.
4) Bend the lock tabs over against the shouldered nuts to prevent them from becoming loose.
5) Adjust the clutch as you would a stock clutch.
6) Please Note: The Slinger Arm Assembly is not user adjustable. It is pre-set at the factory!
