The PC-2000 CLUTCH HUB PULLER for tapered shaft Pro Clutch applications consists of 4 pieces. The bolt plate,
the bolt, and 2 adaptors. The long adaptor with the deep hole is use with for 4-speed (coil spring clutch) short
shaft applications, the short adaptor is for use with for long shaft 5 speed (diaphragm spring clutch).

PC-2000 INSTRUCTIONS
Loosen & remove the 4 shouldered nuts
as shown. Remove the clips, retainer,
diaphragm spring and pressure plate as
pictured.
Remove the clutch hub nut (left hand
threads) from the transmission mainshaft.
Place the long adaptor with recess for
the clutch rod on the mainshaft as
shown.
Install the PC-2000 onto the transmission mainshaft as shown. Tighten
shouldered nuts snug, making sure that
the plate is flat on the 4 clutch hub studs.
Give it a sharp tap with a medium weight
steel hammer (wear safety goggles).
Turn the center bolt clockwise until it
contacts the adaptor on the mainshaft,
then another 1/4-1/2 turn.
3. Mount the puller plate on the
clutch hub studs using the 4
shouldered nuts. Make sure the
plate is seated evenly on all 4
studs. Make sure that all 4 nuts
are tight.
4. Turn the center bolt until it contacts the adaptor positioned on the
mainshaft. Slowly turn the bolt
clockwise 1/4-to-1/2 turn putting
pressure on the plate. Give the bolt
a sharp tap with a medium weight
steel hammer. If needed, go another 1/4 turn and repeat the tap.

2. Remove the left hand thread
clutch hub nut.
3. Install the adaptor on the
end of the trans mainshaft.
apply anti seize to stud theads
prior to installing shoulder nuts
