Pure Warranty Statement for Australia
This statement replaces any reference to warranty which may be contained elsewhere within this manual. What do you need to do now? Option 1: You can register your purchase on-line at https://www.pure.com/au/ register/register.asp Option 2: Or you can do nothing other than keep your proof of purchase as evidence of your purchase date. This proof of purchase would need to be presented if warranty service was ever required. s Pure agrees to refund, repair or replace, at your election, without charge to
you, any part found to be defective during the warranty period.
s If equipment has been used according to its accompanying instruction
manual and is used in a domestic situation, a two year warranty period applies (excludes rechargeable ChargePAK where fitted. A one year warranty period applies to all ChargePAKs).

What’s NOT covered by this warranty?
Under this express warranty Pure will not be liable for loss or damage of any kind whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or otherwise.
s Replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear. s Products with serial number defacement, modification or removal. s Water damage or corrosion caused by dampness. s Any damage or deterioration due to shipments. s Any damage or deterioration due to shipment. s Any product which has been subjected to misuse, abuse or accident.

Safety Instructions
1. Keep the radio away from heat sources.
2. Do not use the radio near water.
3. Avoid objects or liquids getting into the radio.
4. Do not remove screws from or open the radio casing.
5. Fit the mains adapter to an easily accessible socket, located near the radio and ONLY use the mains power adapter supplied.
6. Always switch the unit off and disconnect it from mains power before inserting or removing a ChargePAK.
7. Should not be immersed in water, used in shower or bathroom if plugged into the mains.

Getting started
Quick set up
Note: If you have a ChargePAK B1 rechargeable battery (sold
separately) fit it now before plugging One Mini in. See page 11 for more information.
Unclip the aerial and fully extend it (steps A and B).

Insert the jack of the supplied mains adapter into the socket on the rear of the radio (C). Plug the mains adapter into the mains supply. (D).

1. Press Stations so that the scroll symbols
are shown on the display.
2. Turn the Dial to the station you want to
listen to.
3. Push the Dial to tune into the station.
Selecting FM radio
Press Source until ‘FM’ is displayed at the top of the screen.
Seek tuning
1. Press Autotune so that ‘Turn to seek’ is
shown on the display.
2. Turn the Dial to automatically scan for the
next station. The scan will stop when a station with a strong signal is found.
Manual tuning
1. Press Stations so that ‘Turn to tune’ is
shown on the display.
2. Turn the Dial to the required frequency.

Storing a radio preset
1. Tune into the station that you want to store.
2. Press Presets.
3. Turn the Dial to to the required Preset number.
4. Push and hold the Dial for two seconds to store the radio station as a preset.
Note: To overwrite a radio preset, tune into the station that you want to store and follow the above steps.
Selecting a radio preset
1. Press the Presets button.
2. Turn the Dial to the station that you want to listen to.
3. Push the Dial to tune in to the station.

Autotune
You can use the autotune function to automatically scan for new digital radio stations and remove inactive ones.
Note: Autotune is only available when you have selected ‘Digital’ as the radio source.
1. Press Autotune.
2. Push the Dial.
The number of stations found will be
displayed during the autotune.
3. When the autotune has finished, One Mini will tune to the last station that you were listening to.
Using textSCAN to pause and control scrolling text
1. When ‘Scrolling text’ information is displayed in either digital or FM radio, push the Dial to pause the scrolling text.
2. Turn the Dial again to scroll forwards and backwards through the text. To exit textSCAN push the Dial again.
Changing the language
1. Press Info and hold until ‘Language’ is displayed on the screen and push the Dial.
2. Turn the Dial until the language you want to use is displayed.
3. Push the Dial to save your changes.

Contact Pure technical support (http://support.pure.com) for more information on how to update One Mini to the latest software version.
Reset
Factory reset
Resetting your One Mini removes all presets, stored stations and resets all other options to default settings.
1. Ensure your aerial is fully extended and vertical.
2. Press and hold Info for two seconds.
3. Turn the Dial to ‘Factory reset’.
4. Press the Dial to confirm that you want to reset the One Mini to default settings.

Installing the ChargePAK B1
5.5V DC
1. Switch One Mini off and disconnect from the mains power supply.
2. Open the battery compartment.
3. insert the ChargePAK connector plug into the socket in the compartment. Line up the ridges on the plug with the slots in the socket to ensure correct orientation. Do not force the plug.
4. Insert ChargePAK into the battery compartment, logo side out.
5. Replace the battery cover and connect One Mini to the mains.
6. ChargePAK will begin charging.
Note: When charging your ChargePAK
for the first time or after an extended period of inactivity it is recommended that it is charged for around 24 hours to ensure full battery power. If ChargePAK is in a highly discharged state there may be a slight delay before the battery charging indicator is displayed.
