Description
The software installs a new version of the PhotoMAX PDC 1300
Camera TWAIN driver that adds Windows Me and XP
compatibility. The driver software is installed in the
C:\Windows\TWAIN_32 folder. If an older version of the driver is
present, it will be overwritten with the new version.
Who should use this driver software?
There are no new features in this camera driver software. If you
already have the PhotoMAX PDC 1300 camera drive installed and
operating correctly on your Windows computer you do not need to
install this driver.
Note for Windows XP Users
The PhotoMAX Image Maker software that was included with your camera
is Windows XP compatible if installed using the Windows XP Compatibility
Wizard. For details, see the Windows XP FAQs on the Polaroid Customer

• Microsoft Windows 98, Me, XP
• A computer with a Pentium class processor or equivalent
• 32MB RAM
• 85MB available hard drive space (minimum)
• High-Color display with 800 x 600 dpi resolution or higher
• Available RS-232 Serial port or USB port
• Mouse

4. Installation Instructions

1. Download pdc1300v3_1e.exe to your computer’s Desktop.
2. Close any open programs running on your computer.
3. Double-click on the file.
4. Follow on screen prompts to install the new camera driver.
5. Re-start your computer.
6. Begin using the new camera driver.
