1 Remove the original non-skid pad

from the bottoms of the legs.

2 Peel off one half of the protective

paper from one of the packings,
and affi x the packing to the bottom
of the leg.

3 Peel off the other half of protective

paper and insert the base plate into
the holes in the bottom of the leg.

Front

Be sure to orient the base
plate so that the word
“Front” is facing the front
of the unit.

CAUTION

When installing the base plate be sure to
orient the plate correctly toward front and
back.

4 Affix the furnished non-skid pads

to the bottom of the base plate as
shown.
