PENTAX Optio S60
Every moment is one of a kind. Enjoy the variety.
Life is a succession of precious moments which is why the PENTAX Optio S60 is the perfect companion. It can easily catch those unique moments that are particularly important to you. If the moment continues and part of something greater – then you can even make a film of it.
Be surprised. Over and over again.
Take a vacation on an exotic island, climb
a mountain or get carried away in a ro-
mantic castle. Wherever you are, you
will always discover something new and
the Optio S60 can catch it all for you. It
is the digital camera that leaves you pre-
pared for the unexpected – because it
perfectly combines the latest technology
with simple controls. Even your quickest
snaps will be a sure success.
A real surprise in the tiny body is the
high picture resolution: the Optio S60
captures superior digital photos with a
full 6.0 megapixel resolution. There is no
detail that is not perfectly depicted. The
kids and their first sand castle? The
Alpine violets in bloom on the summit?
The sunset over the towers of the city?
Equipped with the finest PENTAX optics
and the patented “Sliding Lens”-System
the 3x optical zoom brings every little
detail that much closer. The enormous
2.5” TFT screen allows you to see just
how good your photos will look.
6.0 megapixel resolution, large and bright 2.5” TFT screen, 3x optical and 2.6x digital zoom, photo and video function. The Optio S60 is pure joy.
The best director in the world: the index finger.
Outstanding results stem from simplicity. Like the automatic program-
mes of the Optio S60. Digital filters, special effects and illustration
modes, self-timer as well as picture and flash modes to help you grab
the perfect picture. If a single shot is not enough for you, make a
series of photographs or simply shoot a video. You can capture up to
20 minutes of video on a 512MB SD memory card with just a flick of
the finger. All powered by simple AA batteries, which are easily avai-
lable wherever you go.
Even with all of its sophistication the Optio S60 is really something
special: a celebration for the senses. The refined satin-finish aluminium
housing is ergonomically shaped so that it can be held firmly and safe-
ly in the hand. With its compact size and light weight the Optio S60
means that you don’t need any extra luggage for your day trip.
