un prodotto di alta qualità. Il manuale di istruzioni è parte integrante
del presente prodotto. Esso contiene importanti indicazioni per la
sicurezza, l'uso e lo smaltimento. Prima di utilizzare il prodotto,
acquisire dimestichezza con tutte le indicazioni relative ai comandi
e alla sicurezza. Utilizzare il prodotto solo come descritto e per i

L'apparecchio è destinato a saldature elettroniche nel settore
dell'hobbistica e del fai-da-te. Esso è destinato a impieghi quali
lavori di brasatura, incollaggio per saldatura di materie plastiche
e applicazione di decorazioni. Utilizzare l'apparecchio solo come
descritto e per i campi di utilizzo indicati. L'apparecchio non è destinato all'uso commerciale. Qualunque altro impiego e qualunque

Indicazioni di sicurezza
AVVERTENZA!
► Leggere tutte le indicazioni relative alla sicurezza e le istruzioni.
La mancata applicazione delle avvertenze sulla sicurezza e

La stazione di brasatura è indicata solo per l'uso in
ambienti interni.

L'apparecchio può essere utilizzato da bambini
che abbiano compiuto almeno 8 anni e da
persone con capacità fisiche, sensoriali o mentali
ridotte o con insufficiente esperienza o conoscenza, solo se sorvegliati o istruiti sull'uso sicuro
dell'apparecchio e qualora ne abbiano compreso
i pericoli associati. I bambini non devono giocare
con l'apparecchio. La pulizia e la manutenzione
a cura dell'utente non devono essere eseguite

l'impugnatura, il cavo o la spina di rete sono
danneggiati. Non aprire mai l'apparecchio!
Rischi residui
■ PERICOLO DI USTIONI! Non toccare mai la punta del saldatore
riscaldata o la lega saldante fusa. Sussiste il pericolo di ustioni.
Fare assolutamente raffreddare l'apparecchio prima di sostituire,
pulire o controllare i suoi componenti.
■ Dopo il lavoro, lasciare raffreddare il saldatore di precisione
solo esponendolo all'aria. Non raffreddarlo in nessun caso con
acqua!
■ CAUTELA! PERICOLO D'INCENDIO! Per appoggiare il saldatore
di precisione bollente, utilizzare solo il supporto speciale o un'altra
base refrattaria.
■ Nelle pause dal lavoro, posare il saldatore di precisione sul
supporto.
■ Tenere lontano l'apparecchio da materiali combustibili.
■ Non lasciare mai incustodito l'apparecchio acceso.
■ CAUTELA! PERICOLO DI LESIONI! Tenere le mani lontane dal
pezzo lavorato surriscaldato. Il calore può venire trasmesso
attraverso il pezzo.

■ Evitare il contatto tra la punta del saldatore bollente e i com-
ponenti in plastica del supporto. In caso contrario, si possono
verificare danni all'apparecchio.
■ In caso di pericolo, staccare immediatamente la spina dalla
presa di corrente.
■ CAUTELA! PERICOLO DI AVVELENAMENTO! Non inalare
vapori.
■ In caso di lavori di lunga durata nel corso dei quali si potrebbero
generare vapori nocivi alla salute, provvedere sempre a una
sufficiente ventilazione dell'area di lavoro. Si consiglia inoltre di
utilizzare guanti di protezione, una maschera per la protezione
delle vie respiratorie e un grembiule di lavoro.
■ Evitare di mangiare, bere o fumare nei locali in cui si effettuano
lavori di brasatura. In caso contrario, le tracce di piombo che
potrebbero depositarsi sulle mani potrebbero giungere nell'organismo umano attraverso gli alimenti o le sigarette.
■ Lavarsi sempre accuratamente le mani al termine dei lavori di
brasatura.
■ Non gettare mai i rifiuti di brasatura assieme ai normali rifiuti
domestici. I rifiuti di brasatura appartengono alla categoria
rifiuti speciali.

Modalità di standby
Se il saldatore non viene utilizzato per più di 30 minuti, la stazione
di brasatura passa alla modalità di standby.
■ Nella modalità di standby, sul display a cristalli liquidi
la temperatura di 200 °C. Allo stesso tempo, l’intero display a
cristalli liquidi lampeggia.
♦ Premere un tasto qualsiasi per terminare la modalità di standby
e quindi impostare la temperatura desiderata come descritto
qui di seguito.

Impostazione della temperatura
NOTA
► Presupposto indispensabile per risultati di brasatura perfetti è
l'impiego di stagni di brasatura adeguati. Si possono inoltre
ottenere punti di brasatura perfetti solo se viene raggiunta
la giusta temperatura di brasatura. In caso di temperatura di
brasatura troppo bassa, lo stagno non scorre a sufficienza e
causa punti di brasatura non puliti (cosiddetti punti di brasatura
freddi). In caso di temperature eccessive, il mezzo di brasatura
brucia e lo stagno non scorre. Inoltre, i materiali da lavorare
potrebbero subire danni irreparabili.
Qui di seguito sono elencate le temperature da impostare per le
applicazioni più consuete. Sono possibili differenze a seconda dello
stagno di brasatura / del produttore.
― 200 °C: punto di fusione delle leghe di saldatura dolci maggior-
mente utilizzate.
― 300 °C: funzionamento normale, per es. in caso di utilizzo di
stagno per brasatura privo di piombo.
― 400 °C: temperatura di brasatura elevata, per es. per dissaldare
punti di brasatura minori.
― 450°C: temperatura di brasatura massima, per es. per dissaldare
punti di brasatura maggiori.

♦ Per impostare la temperatura in passi da 10 °C, premere i

La temperatura nominale viene segnalata sul display

Una volta raggiunta la temperatura desiderata, rilasciare i

Manutenzione e pulizia
AVVERTENZA! PERICOLO DI LESIONI! Prima
di eseguire lavori sull'apparecchio, staccare
sempre la spina dalla presa di rete e fare
raffreddare l'apparecchio.
■ Pulire l'apparecchio al termine del lavoro.
■ Per pulire l'involucro, utilizzare un panno e all'occorrenza un
detergente delicato.
■ Non utilizzare assolutamente oggetti affilati, benzina, solventi
o detergenti in grado di attaccare la plastica.
■ Impedire la penetrazione di liquidi all'interno dell'apparecchio.

Smaltimento
Smaltimento dell'apparecchio
L'imballaggio è composto da materiali ecocompatibili che
possono essere smaltiti tramite gli appositi centri di raccolta
e riciclaggio.

Periodo di garanzia e diritti legali di rivendicazione di vizi
Il periodo di garanzia non viene prolungato da interventi in garanzia. Ciò
vale anche per le parti sostituite e riparate. Danni e vizi eventualmente già
presenti al momento dell’acquisto devono venire segnalati immediatamente
dopo che l’apparecchio è stato disimballato. Le riparazioni eseguite dopo la
scadenza del periodo di garanzia sono a pagamento.
Ambito della garanzia
L’apparecchio è stato prodotto con cura secondo severe direttive qualitative e
debitamente collaudato prima della consegna.
La garanzia viene prestata in caso di vizi del materiale o di fabbricazione.
Questa garanzia non si estende a componenti del prodotto che sono esposti

Setting the temperature
NOTE
► Fault-free soldering requires the use of appropriate solders.
Furthermore, it is not possible to make perfect soldered joints
unless the correct soldering temperature is used. If the soldering
temperature is too low, the solder is not sufficiently fluid and
causes dirty solder joints (so-called cold solder joints). If the
soldering temperature is too high, the soldering agent can burn
and the solder does not flow. In addition, the materials to be
processed can be destroyed.
Use the temperature settings below for the most common applications. These may vary depending on the solder/manufacturer.

Lassen Sie das Gerät unbedingt abkühlen, bevor Sie Gerätekomponenten wechseln, reinigen oder überprüfen.
■ Lassen Sie den Feinlötkolben nach der Arbeit nur an der Luft
abkühlen. Auf keinen Fall mit Wasser abschrecken!
■ VORSICHT! BRANDGEFAHR! Verwenden Sie nur die spezielle
Halterung oder eine andere feuerfeste Unterlage zum Absetzen
des heißen Feinlötkolbens.
■ Bei Arbeitspausen muss der Feinlötkolben in der Halterung
abgelegt werden.
■ Halten Sie das Gerät von brennbarem Material fern.
■ Lassen Sie das eingeschaltete Gerät nie unbeaufsichtigt.
■ VORSICHT! VERLETZUNGSGEFAHR! Halten Sie Ihre Hände vom
erhitzten Werkstück fern. Die Hitze kann durch das Werkstück
hindurch abgegeben werden.

stoffteilen der Halterung. Andernfalls kann es zu Beschädigungen
am Gerät kommen.
■ Ziehen Sie bei Gefahr sofort den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose.
■ VORSICHT! VERGIFTUNGSGEFAHR! Atmen Sie keine Dämpfe ein.
■ Sorgen Sie bei längeren Arbeiten, bei denen gesundheitsgefähr-
dende Dämpfe entstehen können, immer für eine ausreichende
Belüftung der Arbeitsstätte. Ferner werden Schutzhandschuhe,
Mundschutz sowie eine Arbeitsschürze empfohlen.
■ Vermeiden Sie es, in Räumen, in denen gelötet wird, zu essen,

HINWEIS
► Voraussetzung für einwandfreie Lötungen ist die Verwendung
geeigneter Lötzinne. Zudem können perfekte Lötstellen nur
dann erreicht werden, wenn die richtige Löttemperatur erreicht
wird. Bei zu niedriger Löttemperatur fließt das Lötzinn nicht
genügend und verursacht unsaubere Lötstellen (sog. kalte Lötstellen). Durch zu hohe Löttemperaturen verbrennt das Lötmittel
und das Lötzinn fließt nicht. Darüber hinaus können die zu
bearbeitenden Materialien zerstört werden.
Nachstehend Temperatureinstellungen für die gängigsten Anwendungen.
Je nach Lötzinn / Hersteller sind Unterschiede möglich.

Sie erhalten auf dieses Gerät 3 Jahre Garantie ab Kaufdatum. Im Falle von
Mängeln dieses Produkts stehen Ihnen gegen den Verkäufer des Produkts
gesetzliche Rechte zu. Diese gesetzlichen Rechte werden durch unsere im
Folgenden dargestellte Garantie nicht eingeschränkt.
Garantiebedingungen
Die Garantiefrist beginnt mit dem Kaufdatum. Bitte bewahren Sie den Original–
Kassenbon gut auf. Diese Unterlage wird als Nachweis für den Kauf benötigt.
Tritt innerhalb von drei Jahren ab dem Kaufdatum dieses Produkts ein Materialoder Fabrikationsfehler auf, wird das Produkt von uns – nach unserer Wahl – für
Sie kostenlos repariert oder ersetzt. Diese Garantieleistung setzt voraus, dass
innerhalb der Drei-Jahres-Frist das defekte Gerät und der Kaufbeleg (Kassenbon)
vorgelegt und schriftlich kurz beschrieben wird, worin der Mangel besteht
und wann er aufgetreten ist.
Wenn der Defekt von unserer Garantie gedeckt ist, erhalten Sie das reparierte
oder ein neues Produkt zurück. Mit Reparatur oder Austausch des Produkts
beginnt kein neuer Garantiezeitraum.

Garantiezeit und gesetzliche Mängelansprüche
Die Garantiezeit wird durch die Gewährleistung nicht verlängert. Dies gilt auch
für ersetzte und reparierte Teile. Eventuell schon beim Kauf vorhandene Schäden
und Mängel müssen sofort nach dem Auspacken gemeldet werden. Nach
Ablauf der Garantiezeit anfallende Reparaturen sind kostenpflichtig.
Garantieumfang
Das Gerät wurde nach strengen Qualitätsrichtlinien sorgfältig produziert und
vor Auslieferung gewissenhaft geprüft.
Die Garantieleistung gilt für Material- oder Fabrikationsfehler. Diese Garantie
erstreckt sich nicht auf Produktteile, die normaler Abnutzung ausgesetzt sind
und daher als Verschleißteile angesehen werden können oder für Beschädigungen an zerbrechlichen Teilen, z. B. Schalter, Akkus, Backformen oder Teile
die aus Glas gefertigt sind.
Diese Garantie verfällt, wenn das Produkt beschädigt, nicht sachgemäß benutzt
oder gewartet wurde. Für eine sachgemäße Benutzung des Produkts sind alle
in der Bedienungsanleitung aufgeführten Anweisungen genau einzuhalten.
Verwendungszwecke und Handlungen, von denen in der Bedienungsanleitung
abgeraten oder vor denen gewarnt wird, sind unbedingt zu vermeiden.
Das Produkt ist nur für den privaten und nicht für den gewerblichen Gebrauch
bestimmt. Bei missbräuchlicher und unsachgemäßer Behandlung, Gewaltanwendung und bei Eingriffen, die nicht von unserer autorisierten ServiceNiederlassung vorgenommen wurden, erlischt die Garantie.
Abwicklung im Garantiefall
Um eine schnelle Bearbeitung Ihres Anliegens zu gewährleisten, folgen Sie
bitte den folgenden Hinweisen:
■ Bitte halten Sie für alle Anfragen den Kassenbon und die Artikelnummer
(z. B. IAN 12345) als Nachweis für den Kauf bereit.
■ Die Artikelnummer entnehmen Sie bitte dem Typenschild, einer Gravur,
auf dem Titelblatt Ihrer Anleitung (unten links) oder als Aufkleber auf der
Rück- oder Unterseite.
■ Sollten Funktionsfehler oder sonstige Mängel auftreten, kontaktieren Sie
