Frequently Asked Questions
Question: Why are my channels on 1, 2, 3, 4, 5?
Answer: Automatic Search has been performed for tuning your television. Each channel will have to be retuned manually in a similar comprehension with the Manual Search Instructions on page 29.
Question: How do I go to Channel 107?
Answer: There are three ways that you can select channel 10.
1. On the 2 digit channel selector on the remote control come across the -/-- button then follow the number 1 button then the 0 button.
2. Key 9 then the channel up button i.e. A.
3. Re tune channel 10 into an alternative Position for example Programme location 0.
Question: I have been wondering how to get rid of my channel number from my screen as it continues to display.
Answer: Broadcasting the channel number on Viewer (remember) television is also possible but cannot be switched off any other TV station.
Question: So my STB went into some mode wherein it tuned all the stations and now I want to know how do I tune individual stations?

Question: Why the Television Blue colour appears on screen?
Answer: The broadcasting blue screen is produced because the signal to the television set is weak or entirely absent, the possibilities for this are many such as the television station finished sending signals or the aerial of the receiver is disconnected.
Question: How come after I have skipped a station, when I press the number of the channel, a picture still appears?
Answer: Using the Channel Up (A) or Down (V) buttons incorporates the operation of Skip now.
Question: When I try to turn the channel using the channel button unfortunately nothing happens. Why?
Answer: The Teletext feature might be turned on which is why the instructions for any further actions are as found under pages 24, 25, and 26.
Question: I switched my remote control to the Standby mode and after that turned my power off at the Switch, what can I do to turn the TV On again.
Answer: To switch the unit on, press the Up (+/A) or Down(-/V) on the front panel of the unit.
