A WARNING

1 Never attempt to disassemble, repair, or modify the product.

The product may catch fire or operate abnormally, resulting in injury.

If repairs are needed, contact your dealer.

2.The product must be used with outlet and wiring accessories within their ratings, and must not be

powered by a power supply other than 120 V AC. If the outlet and wiring ratings are exceeded, the heat generated may start a fire.

3-Do not immerse the product in water or splash water over it.

A short circuit or electric shock may be caused.

4.lnsert the power plug in as far as it will go. Incomplete insertion may cause a fire due to electric shock or heat generation. Do not use damaged plugs or heat generation.

5. Do not handle the power plug with a wet hand.

1 .Do not use in places exposed to high temperature or humidity, or wet areas, such as a bathroom.

Electric leakage may occur, resulting in electric shock or a fire.

2. Do not use in greasy or oily environments such as the kitchen.

Premature clogging of the filter unit will result.

3. Do not use near open flame or flamable materials. It may ignite and cause a fire.

4. Do not insert foreign objects such as pins or wires in the air intake grille, air outlet grille, or gaps.

5. Do not wipe with harsh chemicals such as benzine or thinner, or allow insecticide to come into contact

with it.

e.When unplugging the power plug, grasp the power plug, not the power cord.

Such handling may cause a short circuit or wire breakage, resulting in a fire or electric shock.

y.This unit is not designed for wall mounting, do not attempt to mount it on any wall, it should be placed on

a firm surface.

The level of airborne particulates passing through the micro dust sensor is shown by the illuminated green / red air quality indicator bar. A higher level of particulates in the air that pass through the sensor will be shown as RED color illumination on the indicator bar from low to high.When the indicator bar is illuminated green, no particulates are being detected through the sensor.

Functions of Micro dust sensor

The sensor is capable of detecting

Tobacco smoke, pollen, oil mist, drops, dust, etc.

Alcohol, Gases

The sensor will not detect

Note

• Airflow in the room may affect the micro dust sensor's operation. When the product is used near a humidifier or in places with a high level of soot, or when dusty air blows in from outdoors, air quality indicator bar may remain red continuously.

• The micro dust sensor will only detect particles which are airborne, in this case dust that has settled in room may not

be detected unless it is disturbed by the movement of persons or pets in the room. In such places with minimal activity it is recommended that a manual fan speed setting be selected other than "Auto"

for continuous air cleaning.

• Aerosol spray such as air freshener or furniture polish sprayed in the room may easily be detected by the micro dust

sensor and thereby illuminate the air quality indicator bar completely red until the air has been cleared.
