ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
REDI-RAK ASSEMBLY
PART NUMBER 6021-0007

The PACE Redi-Rak Stand may used as a free standing tip storage device or may be
mounted to the chassis of your PACE system or to the top of any dual handpiece cubby.
For System Chassis or Cubby Mounting, perform the procedure shown below applicable
to your requirements. Use the illustrations as a guide:

SYSTEM CHASSIS MOUNTING

1.With the Redi-Rak stand in an upright position, insert the two (2) enclosed Screws
through the two (2) Mounting Holes as shown. Refer to Figure 1.

2.Install a Hex Nut on the end of each screw. Do not allow the screw ends to extend
through the Hex Nuts. An engagement of 2-3 screw threads is sufficient.

3.Install the Redi-Rak Stand to your System Chassis. Insert the two Hex Nuts (attached
to Screws and Redi-Rak) into two adjoining slots on the top of the chassis. Slide Hex
Nuts in from the rear of the system. Refer to Figure 1.

4.Pull Redi-Rak Stand forward into desired position.

5.Tighten the two Screws to secure in position.

CUBBY MOUNTING

NOTE:
The Redi-Rak Stand can be mounted to only those dual handpiece cubbies which have a
wide slot located across the top of the Cubby Bracket. Refer to Figure 2.

1.Place the Redi-Rak Stand on top of the selected Cubby.

2.Align the two (2) Redi-Rak Mounting Holes with the two (2) Cubby Braket mounting
holes indicated in Figure 2.

3. Insert the two (2) enclosed Screws through the two (2) Redi-Rak and Cubby Bracket
mounting holes as shown.

4.Install a Hex Nut on the end of each screw. Tighten screws to secure Redi-Rak Stand to
Cubby Bracket.
