P-FLO AIR INTAKE KIT – PART #65.10.92
Fits 2008.5-up Audi A3 2.0 TFSI, 2008.5-up VW EOS, GTI, Jetta V/VI & Passat with 2.0 TSI – CARS EQUIPPED WITH AIRPUMP

1 – INTAKE PIPE 1 – STAINLESS STEEEL P-FLO BRACKET 1 – NEUSPEED FILTER 1 – MINI AIR PUMP FILTER 1 – PHILIPS SCREWDRIVER 1 – 5mm HEX KEY WRENCH 1 – 8mm NUT DRIVER
1 – SILICONE HOSE 1 – #48 HOSE CLAMP 1 – #52 HOSE CLAMP 1 – RUBBER ISOLATOR 1 – 7/16 WRENCH 1 – SPRING CLAMP PLIERS 1 – T25 TORX
1 – ACORD NUT 3 – M6 x 12mm CAP BOLTS 3 – M6 LOCK NUTS 1 – RUBBER GROMMET
1 – BILLET AIR PUMP FITTING 1 – PLASTIC HOSE SUPPORT CLIP
1. Disconnect Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor
electrical connector.
2. Disconnect air intake hose from MAF
using spring clamp pliers.
3. Squeeze collar and disconnect air pump
hose from air filter box lid.

4. Unscrew all Philips screws around air
filter box lid and remove.
5. Remove cover at intake duct.
6. Using a 5mm hex key wrench, unbolt
lower air filter box, located on back side.
7. Lift off lower air filter box from rubber
grommet mounts, then lift out left side
first and rotate intake duct around small
coolant hose to remove.
8. Remove air intake duct at radiator
support (2) T25 Torx – one on each
side.
9. Remove MAF sensor from air box lid
using a Philips screwdriver.
10. Reinstall MAF sensor onto air intake
hose.
11. Install larger end of supplied silicone
hose onto MAF sensor using #52 hose
clamp and tighten. Then loosely install
#48 hose clamp as shown.
12. Install and tighten rubber isolator into
threaded stand-off just in front of
battery.
14. Install and tighten acorn n ut.
17. Rotate air pump fitting 90-degrees
counter-clockwise.
20. Attach and tighte n NEUSPEED air filter.
13. First install NEUSPEED intake pipe into
silicone hose, then attach P-Flo bracket
onto rubber grommet mount and rubber
isolator.

15. Tighten #48 hose clamp.
16. Re-attach MAF electrical connector.
18. Attach mini filter to billet fitting and
tighten. Then connect to air pump
fitting.
19. Attach black plastic hose support clip
from radiator coolant vent hose to air
pump hose.
21. For extra protection, slide coolant hose
protector sleeve just under P-Flo
bracket.
22. Install rubber strip on top-edge of P-Flo
bracket.
23. Double-check complete installation.
