PARTS LIST: 2 – BILLET END-LINKS w/SPHERICAL BEARINGS TOOLS REQUIRED: 1 – M6 TRIPLE SQUARE or 5mm HEX KEY WRENCH
2 - STAINLESS STEEL SPACER (Short) 1 – 16mm WRENCH
2 – M10 x 50mm HEX CAP BOLTS 1 – 13mm WRENCH AND SOCKET
1. Park car on a flat and level surface
capable of supporting the vehicle’s
weight on jack and jack stands. Using
the manufacturer’s recommended lifting
point(s), raise rear of vehicle and
support with jack stands. NEVER
WORK ON A VEHICLE SUPPORTED
ONLY WITH A JACK!
4 – STAINLESS STEEL SPACER (Long) 1 – 8mm HEX KEY WRENCH
6. Do not grease bearings they are Teflon
lined. Spherical bearings are a wearable
part and only have a manufacturing
warranty.
2. Remove one side rear end-link from
lower control arm and anti-roll bar. Unbolt lower end link mounting using
13mm wrench and 13mm socket. Then
unbolt upper link mounting by securing
stud from turning with M6 triple square
or 5mm hex key wrench, while
loosening lock nut with 16mm wrench.
NOTE: Right side shown.
3. Install NEUSPEED end-link into control
arm with (Long) Stainless Steel
spacers, one on each side of spherical
bearing, then secure with original bolt
and locknut and torque to 34Nm (25 ftlb).
4. Using supplied M10 x 50mm bolt install
thru NEUSPEED end-link, then stainless
spacer with taper towards spherical
ball, then through anti-roll bar. Secure
with original locknut and torque to
40Nm (30 ft-lb). NOTE: Now repeat for
other side.
5. Lower vehicle to ground. NOTE: With
suspension unloaded, spherical bearing
will be at maximum angle. Once
suspension is loaded, end-link and
spherical bearing will self-align into
position as shown in photo.
