PARTS LIST: 1 - Tubular Anti-Roll Bar 1 - Right Support Bracket TOOLS REQUIRED: 1 - RATCHET WRENCH 1 - 9/16” WRENCH
1 – Silicone Grease 2 - M6 Nutsert 1 - 10 MM SOCKET 1 - 17mm WRENCH
2 – Urethane Bushing 2 - M10 Lock Nuts 1 - 13mm WRENCH 1 - 16mm WRENCH
1 - M6 Nutsert Tool 2 - M6 x 16mm Flange Bolt 1 - M10 TRIPLE SQUARE (12 POINT) OR 8mm HEX KEY WRENCH
1 - Left Support Bracket 2 - M10 x 25mm Flange Bolt 1- M6 TRIPLE SQUARE (12 POINT) OR 5mm HEX KEY WRENCH
1. Park car on a flat and level surface
capable of supporting the vehicle’s
weight on jack and jack stands.
Using the manufacturer’s
recommended lifting point(s), raise
rear of vehicle and support with jack
stands. NEVER WORK ON A
VEHICLE SUPPORTED ONLY WITH
A JACK!
2. Disconnect end-links from original
anti-roll bar by securing stud with M6
Triple Square or 5mm hex key
wrench and loosening nut with 16mm
wrench.
3. Remove four bushing clamp
mounting bolts using a M10 Triple
Square or 8mm hex key wrench.
Now remove original anti-roll bar
from vehicle. NOTE: To access
upper clamp bolts, suspension must
be compressed to raise drive axel.
4. Install Nutsert into this hole (see
separate instructions for Nutserts).
5. Installing Nutsert, hold tool body with
9/16” wrench from turning and push
down on rachet while crimping
Nutsert into hole.
6. Loosly mount Left and Right support
Brackets, do not tighten at this time.

7. Apply silicone grease to the inside of
supplied bushings and install on the
inside of stop washer on NEUSPEED
anti-roll bar.
8. Install NEUSPEED anti-roll bar using
original clamps and bolts to subframe. Torque bolts to 20Nm (15 ftlbs). NOTE: Evenly tighten bushing
clamp bolts and sub-frame support
bracket nuts and bolts.
9. Attach end-links to NEUSPEED anti-
roll bar using original bolts and nuts.
Note: The end-link to anti-roll bar
bolt is easier to install with
suspension loaded, put vehicle on
ramps.
Torque to 40Nm (30 ft-lbs). Forward
hole is softer setting; rearward hole
is stiffer setting (more oversteer).
10. Double check complete installation,
tightness of all nuts and bolts and
TEST DRIVE CAREFULLY!
