Press battery door release latch and remove battery door.

Attach one end of the Motorola Original Enhanced USB cable to your phone and the other end to a USB port on your computer.

Find where your phone's memory card displays as a Removable Disk icon.
On a PC, this is the My Computer window. On a Mac, it's on the desktop.
Double click the Removable Disk icon.

Drag and drop files between your computer and phone. Use the following folders when copying files to the memory card:
mobile/picture - pictures,
wallpaper, screen savers
mobile/video - video clips mobile/audio - MP3 files

When you finish, remove the phone with memory card safely from your computer.
On a PC, right click the Safely Remove Hardware icon at the bottom of your computer screen, then select USB Mass Storage Device and press Stop.
On a Mac, select and drag the Removable Disk icon to the Trash.

Select USB Mass Storage Device and press OK.
Now it is safe to disconnect the cable.

Pictures Setup Change
Note: High-resolution
pictures can be stored only on the memory card. You may not be able to send high-resolution pictures in a multimedia message. Check with your service provider on file size restrictions.

Scroll up or down to view camera settings.

Press Capture or center navigation key.

Enter a short message (optional), then press Send To.

Scroll right or left to change a setting.
Select one or more names from your phonebook.
Select the name, then press center navigation key so a checkmark appears.
Select the name again to remove it from the message (checkmark disappears).
Press Send.

Transfer Music

To transfer and play songs using iTunes®, you must:
• Install a memory card in the phone.
• Set the default USB connection to the memory card.
• Install the iTunes desktop application on your computer. Use the CD­ROM that came with your phone, or download the latest version from
www.itunes.com/download.
Note: iTunes version 6.0.1 or higher is required.

On your computer, open the iTunes desktop application.

Connect one end of the Motorola Original Enhanced USB cable to your phone and the other end to a USB port on your computer.

Wait for the phone icon to appear in the Source list. This may take up to one minute.

To manually transfer songs, drag and drop them to the phone icon in the Source list.
-or-
To transfer a random selection of songs, select your phone in the Source list and then click Autofill. Songs are transferred according to your settings in the iTunes desktop application.
Note: Transfer times depend on the size of the song. An average song may take 45 seconds or longer to download to the phone.

When the transfer is complete, you will see a message in the iTunes desktop application and the Do Not Disconnect message on the phone disappears.
Click the Eject button next to the phone icon in the desktop application and remove the cable. Do not disconnect the cable until the transfer is complete.

To add music to your iTunes library, you can purchase music from the iTunes Music Store or import CDs.

for information on how to load music into iTunes.
Press the iTunes key.

Select Songs, then scroll right. Select a song and press Play.
Tip: To play all songs in a list, select Playlist, Artists, Albums, or Songs then scroll right. Select All and press Play.

Scroll up or down to adjust the volume.

Use the wired stereo headset to listen to music.
You cannot listen to music using a Bluetooth® headset or while a Bluetooth headset is connected to your phone (turn the headset power off).
Scroll left or right to play the previous or next song.
Press and hold the left or right navigation key to rewind or fast forward the current song.

Pair (Link) Headset

Select Power, then scroll right to turn the power On.

On the headset, press and hold the Call button until the light turns on and remains steadily lit.
If the light is flashing or does not remain steadily lit, make sure the headset is fully charged and repeat this step.

On your phone, press Back, then select
Handsfree Look for Devices
Note: If your headset has a folding
microphone, quickly unfold the microphone as soon as the light is steadily lit.

Pair (Link) Headset

Select the headset, then press Yes when prompted to bond.

Enter the passkey 0000 and press Ok.
When pairing is successful, the headset light changes from steadily lit to flashing and the Bluetooth icon appears in the top status bar.

To test the pairing connection, put the headset on and make a call.
If your phone and headset are successfully paired, you will hear ringing.
To save battery life, keep your headset turned off when not in use.

Autoconnect Headset

After you pair (link) your headset and phone, you can set up your phone to automatically connect to the headset when you turn the headset on.

Select the headset.

Select Access, scroll right to change it to Automatic, and press Done.

To use your headset, turn the headset power on.
To disconnect your phone from the headset, turn the headset power off.
