Problem
Service is aware that some Bluetooth Headsets (HS820) can exhibit a condition where
the charger connector does not fully engage in the charger port. This condition is due to
minor placement differences of the headset’s charging connector. This condition can
require additional insertion force to engage charger fully.
Solution
Short Term: The rubber grommet on the end of the charger connector can be removed
to allow ease of insertion into headset. See photos below.

When responding to customer complaints regarding charging their HS820 headsets
please instruct them to return unit to point of sale for replacement. If returning the unit is
problematical for the customer please instruct the customer to remove the rubber
grommet from the charger. Use the photos above for reference.
