Originalbetriebsanleitung
1. Konformitätserklärung
Wir erklären in alleiniger Verantwortlichkeit: Diese Ladegeräte, identifiziert durch Type und Seriennummer *1), entsprechen allen einschlägigen Bestimmungen der Richtlinien *2) und Normen *3). Technische Unterlagen bei *4) - siehe Seite 3.
2.Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Die Ladegeräte sind ausschließlich zum Laden von Metabo Akkupacks geeignet.
Dieses Gerät ist nicht dafür bestimmt, durch Personen mit eingeschränkten physischen, sensorischen oder geistigen Fähigkeiten oder mangels Erfahrung und/oder mangels Wissen benutzt zu werden, es sei denn, sie werden durch eine für ihre Sicherheit zuständige Person beaufsichtigt oder erhielten von ihr Anweisungen, wie das Gerät zu benutzen ist.
ASC 15 sind geeignet zum Laden von Li-Ion- Akkupacks (14,4 V - 36 V, 1,3 Ah - 7,0 Ah, 4-10 Zellen).
ASC 30-36 sind geeignet zum Laden von Li-Ion- Akkupacks (14,4 V - 36 V, 1,3 Ah - 7,0 Ah,
4- 10 Zellen).
ASC ultra sind geeignet zum Laden von Li-Ion- Akkupacks (14,4 V - 36 V, 1,3 Ah - 7,0 Ah,
4- 10 Zellen).
SC 60 Plus sind geeignet zum Laden von Li-Ion- Akkupacks (14,4 V - 18 V, 1,3 Ah - 7,0 Ah,
4- 5 Zellen).
ASC 15, ASC 30-36, SC 60 Plus sind geeignet zum Laden von NiCd-Akkupacks (12 V, 1,7 Ah, 10 Zellen).
Versuchen Sie niemals nicht-aufladbare Batterien zu laden. Explosionsgefahr!
Für Schäden durch nicht bestimmungsgemäßen Gebrauch haftet allein der Benutzer.
Allgemein anerkannte Unfallverhütungsvorschriften und die beiliegenden Sicherheitshinweise müssen beachtet werden.

4. Spezielle Sicherheitshinweise

Warnung vor gefährlicher elektrischer Spannung!
Aus defekten Li-Ion-Akku- packs kann eine leicht saure, brennbare Flüssig-
keit austreten!
Falls Akkuflüssigkeit austritt und mit der Haut in Berührung kommt, spülen Sie sofort mit reichlich Wasser. Falls Akkuflüssigkeit in Ihre Augen gelangt, waschen Sie sie mit sauberem Wasser aus und begeben Sie sich unverzüglich in ärztliche Behandlung!
Voll geladenen Akkupack nicht erneut laden!

Verwenden Sie das Ladegerät nur in Räumen!
Schützen Sie Ihr Ladegerät vor Nässe!
Niemals Kindern die Benutzung des Gerätes gestatten.
Kinder sollten beaufsichtigt werden, um sicherzustellen, dass sie nicht mit dem Gerät spielen.
Halten Sie Kinder vom Ladegerät bzw. vom Arbeitsbereich fern!
Verwahren Sie Ihr Ladegerät so, dass es für Kinder unzugänglich ist!
Ziehen Sie bei Rauchentwicklung oder Feuer im Ladegerät sofort den Netzstecker!
Stecken Sie keine Gegenstände in die Lüftungsschlitze des Ladegerätes - Gefahr eines elektrischen Schlags bzw. Kurzschlusses!
Verwenden Sie keine defekten Akkupacks!
In Bereichen mit hoher Metallstaubbelastung keine Akkupacks mit AIR COOLEDLadegeräten laden (ASC 15, ASC 30-36, ASC ultra).

6. Inbetriebnahme
Vergleichen Sie vor Inbetriebnahme, ob die auf dem Typenschild angegebene Netzspannung und Netzfrequenz mit den Daten Ihres Stromnetzes übereinstimmen.
Geräte wie dieses, die Gleichstrom erzeugen, könnten einfache Fehlerstromschutzschalter beeinflussen. Verwenden Sie Typ F oder besser, mit einem Auslösestrom von max. 30 mA.

Vor Inbetriebnahme des Ladegerätes sicherstellen, dass die Lüftungsschlitze frei sind. Mindestabstand zu anderen Gegenständen min. 5 cm!
6.1 Selbsttest
Netzstecker einstecken.
Die Warnanzeige (4) und die Betriebsanzeige (3) leuchten nacheinander für ca. 1 Sekunde, der eingebaute Lüfter läuft für ca. 5 Sekunden.
7.Benutzung
7.1Akkupack laden
Akkupack vollständig, bis zum Anschlag auf den Schiebesitz (2) aufschieben.
Die Betriebsanzeige (3) blinkt.
Hinweis: Um bei Li-Ion-Akkupacks (mit 14,4 V, 18 V und 36 V) den Ladezustand anzeigen zu lassen, erst Akkupack aus dem Ladegerät nehmen und dann Taste am Akkupack drücken.
7.2Erhaltungsladung
Ist die Ladung beendet, schaltet das Ladegerät automatisch auf Erhaltungsladung um.
Der Akkupack kann im Ladegerät verbleiben und ist somit immer betriebsbereit.
Die Betriebsanzeige (3) leuchtet dauernd.
8.Störung
8.1Warnanzeige (4) leuchtet dauernd
Akkupack wird nicht geladen. Temperatur zu hoch/ zu niedrig. Liegt die Temperatur des Akkupacks zwischen 0 °C und 50 °C, beginnt der Ladevorgang automatisch.
8.2Warnanzeige (4) blinkt
•Akkupack defekt. Akkupack sofort aus dem Ladegerät entnehmen.
•Akkupack wurde nicht richtig auf den Schiebesitz
(2) aufgeschoben. Siehe Kapitel 7.1.
9. Reparatur
Reparaturen am Ladegerät dürfen nur durch eine |

10. Umweltschutz
Befolgen Sie nationale Vorschriften zu umweltgerechter Entsorgung und zum Recycling ausgedienter Maschinen, Verpackungen und Zubehör.
Nur für EU-Länder: Werfen Sie Elektro- werk-zeuge nicht in den Hausmüll! Gemäß Europäischer Richtlinie 2002/96/EG über
Elektround Elektronik-Altgeräte und Umsetzung in nationales Recht müssen verbrauchte Elektrowerkzeuge getrennt gesammelt und einer umweltgerechten Wiederverwertung zugeführt werden.

1. Declaration of Conformity
We, being solely responsible: Hereby declare that these chargers, identified by type and serial number *1), meet all relevant requirements of directives *2) and standards *3). Technical documents for *4) - see page 3.
2. Specified Use
The chargers are only suitable for charging Metabo battery packs.
This tool is not designed for use by persons with physical, sensory or mental disabilities, or with insufficient experience and/or knowledge, unless they are supervised by a person responsible for their safety, or have received instructions on how to use the tool by this person.
ASC 15 are suitable for charging Li-ion battery packs (14,4 V - 36 V, 1.3 Ah - 7.0 Ah, 4 - 10 cells).
ASC 30-36 are suitable for charging Li-ion battery packs (14,4 V - 36 V, 1.3 Ah - 7.0 Ah, 4- 10 cells).
ASC ultra are suitable for charging Li-ion battery packs (14,4 V - 36 V, 1.3 Ah - 7.0 Ah, 4- 10 cells).
SC 60 Plus are suitable for charging Li-ion battery packs (14,4 V - 18 V, 1.3 Ah - 7.0 Ah, 4- 5 cells).

Never attempt to charge batteries that are not rechargeable. Danger of explosion!
The user bears sole responsibility for damage caused by improper use.

Danger - electrical voltage!
Slightly acidic, flammable fluid may leak from
packs!defective Li-ion battery
If battery fluid leaks out and comes into contact with your skin, rinse immediately with plenty of water. If battery fluid leaks out and comes into contact with your eyes, wash them with clean water and seek medical treatment immediately.
Do not recharge a fully charged battery pack!
Only use the charger indoors.
Protect the charger from moisture.
Never allow children to use the machine.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the tool.

6. Commissioning
Before plugging in, check to see that the rated mains voltage and mains frequency, as specified on the rating label, match your power supply.
Devices such as this one, which generate direct current, may have an effect on basic residualcurrent circuit breakers. Use type F or better, with a release current of max. 30 mA.
Before commissioning the charger, ensure that the air slots are free. Minimum distance to other objects is 5 cm.
6.1Self-test
Insert mains supply plug.
The warning display (4) and the operating indicator
(3) light up one after the other for approx. 1 second and the installed fan runs for approx. 5 seconds.
The operating indicator (3) flashes.
Note: To have the charge level displayed on Li-ion battery packs (with 14.4 V, 18 V and 36 V), first take the battery pack out of the charger and then press the button on the battery pack.
7.2Conservation charge
Once the charging process has finished, the battery charger automatically switches to conservation mode.
The battery pack can remain in the battery charger and is therefore always ready for use.
The operating display (3) lights up continuously.
8.Fault
8.1Warning display (4) lights up continuously
Battery pack is not charged. Temperature too high/ too low. When the temperature of the battery pack is between 0 °C and 50 °C, the charging process begins automatically.
8.2Warning display (4) flashes
•Battery pack is defective. Remove the battery pack immediately from the charger.
•The battery pack was not pushed correctly onto the sliding seat (2). See section 7.1.

9. Repairs
Repairs to the charger must only be carried out by qualified electricians.
If the mains connection cable of this tool is damaged, in order to prevent endangering personnel and property it must be replaced by the manufacturer, or the Customer Service of the manufacturer, or a similarly qualified person.

7.Use
7.1Charging battery pack
Push the battery pack completely to the stop on the sliding seat (2).

10. Environmental Protection
Observe national regulations on environmentally compatible disposal and on the recycling of disused machines, packaging and accessories.
Only for EU countries: Never dispose of power tools in your household waste! In accordance with European Guideline

Un bloc batterie défectueux Li-Ion peut occasionner une fuite de liquide légèrement
acide et inflammable !
En cas de fuite d'acide d'accumulateur et de contact avec la peau, rincer immédiatement à grande eau. En cas de projection dans les yeux, les laver à l'eau propre et consulter immédiatement un médecin !
Ne pas recharger un bloc batterie entièrement chargé !
Ce chargeur doit exclusivement être utilisé à l'intérieur.
Protégez le chargeur contre l'humidité !
Ne jamais laisser les enfants utiliser l'appareil.
Les enfants doivent être mis sous surveillance pour veiller à ce qu'ils ne jouent pas avec l'outil.
Eloignez les enfants du chargeur et de la zone de travail.
Rangez votre chargeur à un endroit inaccessible aux enfants !
En cas de dégagement de fumées ou d'un feu à l'intérieur du chargeur, débranchez immédiatement le cordon d'alimentation !

Avant la mise en service, comparez si la tension secteur et la fréquence secteur indiquées sur la plaque signalétique correspondent aux caractéristiques de votre réseau de courant.
Les appareils comme celui-ci, qui génèrent du courant continu, pourraient influencer des disjoncteurs différentiels simples. Utilisez un type F, ou mieux, avec un courant de déclenchement max. de 30 mA.

Avant de mettre le chargeur en service, s'assurer que les fentes d'aération sont bien dégagées. Respecter une distance minimale de 5 cm par rapport à tout autre objet.
6.1Autotest
Brancher le cordon d'alimentation.
Le témoin d'avertissement (4) et le témoin de service (3) s'allument successivement pendant env. 1 seconde et le ventilateur intégré fonctionne pendant env. 5 secondes.
7.Utilisation
7.1Charge du bloc batterie
Insérer le bloc batterie entièrement, jusqu'en butée, dans le logement coulissant (2).
Le témoin de fonctionnement (3) clignote.
Remarque : Pour afficher l'état de charge des blocs batteries Li-Ion (de 14,4 V, 18 V et 36 V), retirer tout d'abord le bloc batterie du chargeur puis presser la touche sur le bloc batterie.
7.2Mode entretien
A la fin de l'opération de charge, le chargeur commute automatiquement sur le mode d'entretien.
Le bloc batterie peut rester dans le chargeur et sera ainsi opérationnel à tout moment.
Le témoin de contrôle (3) s'allume en fixe.
8.Dépannage
8.1Le témoin d'avertissement (4) est allumé en permanence
Le bloc batterie n'est pas chargé. Température trop élevée / trop basse. Si la température du bloc batterie se situe entre 0 °C et 50 °C, le processus de charge débute automatiquement.
8.2Le témoin d'avertissement (4) clignote
•Bloc batterie défectueux. Retirer immédiatement le bloc batterie du chargeur.
•Le bloc batterie n'a pas été inséré correctement dans le logement coulissant (2). Voir chapitre 7.1.
9. Réparations
Les travaux de réparation sur le chargeur ne doivent être effectués que par un spécialiste !

1. Conformiteitsverklaring
Wij verklaren op eigen en uitsluitende verantwoording dat: deze laders, geïdentificeerd door middel van type en serienummer *1), voldoen aan alle relevante bepalingen van de richtlijnen *2) en normen *3). Technische documentatie bij *4) - zie pagina 3.
2.Gebruik volgens de voorschriften
De acculaders zijn uitsluitend geschikt voor het laden van Metabo-accupacks.
Dit apparaat is niet bestemd voor gebruik door personen met beperkte fysieke, sensorische of geestelijke capaciteiten of die gebrek aan ervaring en/of kennis hebben, tenzij zij onder toezicht staan van een persoon die verantwoordelijk is voor hun veiligheid of van hem of haar aanwijzingen hebben gekregen over het gebruik van het apparaat.
ASC 15 zijn geschikt voor het laden van Li-Ion- accupacks (14,4 V - 36 V, 1,3 Ah - 7,0 Ah,
4 - 10 cellen).
ASC 30-36 zijn geschikt voor het laden van Li-Ion- accupacks (14,4 V - 36 V, 1,3 Ah - 7,0 Ah,
4 - 10 cellen).
ASC ultra zijn geschikt voor het laden van Li-Ion- accupacks (14,4 V - 36 V, 1,3 Ah - 7,0 Ah,
4 - 10 cellen).
SC 60 Plus zijn geschikt voor het laden van Li-Ion- accupacks (14,4 V - 18 V, 1,3 Ah - 7,0 Ah,
4 - 5 cellen).
ASC 15, ASC 30-36, SC 60 Plus zijn geschikt voor het laden van NiCd-accupacks
(2 V, 1,7 Ah, 10 cellen).
Probeer nooit om niet-oplaadbare batterijen te laden. Risico van explosie!
Voor schade door onoordeelkundig gebruik is alleen de gebruiker aansprakelijk.
Algemeen erkende ongevallenpreventievoorschriften en de bijgevoegde veiligheidsaanwijzingen dienen in acht genomen worden.
3.Algemene veiligheidsvoorschriften

Uit defecte Li-Ion-accu- packs kan een licht zure, brandbare vloeistof lopen!
Als accuvloeistof naar buiten stroomt en met de huid in aanraking komt, onmiddellijk afspoelen met overvloedig water. Wanneer er accuvloeistof in uw ogen komt, was deze dan uit met schoon water en zoek onmiddellijk een arts op voor behandeling!
Volledig geladen accupacks niet opnieuw laden!
