ST6001 FM/MW/LW Stereo tuner
The ST6001 tuner's high-sensitivity front-end and quartz-locked digital tuning ensure low noise signal
processing and drift-free reception of stereo FM, MW and LW. Two antenna input A & B allows to
connect terrestrial and cable radio parallel. For the high level of cable an attenuator is choose able
where needed. Wide/narrow switching makes it possible to choose between sensitivity and selectivity
when tuning, to choose the best sound quality. 60 Presets across all wavebands provide instant recall of
preferred stations. A D-Bus simplifies total system remote controlling. The solid aluminum front panel
reflects the attention to detail of an exceptional stereo tuner that upholds the Marantz tradition for
quality.

Customized Components
Every Marantz product is designed with a fine ear and eye for

Sleep & Timer function
The sleep/timer function offers full programmability of the
switch on and off operation of the system, including the
amplifier. Very useful when you want to record a timed radio
broadcast or if you want to be awakened by your audio system.
Manual station name input
Add the name of your choice to your 2favorite radio station.
With Manual Station Name Input you decide what name comes
up in the display of your tuner, especially when the radio
station does not provide RDS information.
Marantz D-Bus
To optimize equipment in terms of ease of use, Marantz has
designed the D-Bus system. Individual devices inform each
other, in order to automatically tune to the customers demands.
At the same time received remote control commands are
communicated via this bus. This enables equipment without IRreceiver, like a cassette deck or tuner, to be controlled via a
Marantz System Remote Controller.
Environmental friendly
Every electronic equipment product is built of single electrical

Bandwidth selector
For the real radio listener this feature is essential! On the very
densely used FM frequency band (especially on the cable radio
network), noise and whistler adjustment to your favorite radio
station can be very difficult. In this case the Band Width
Selector brings you audio relief. With this feature you can
narrow the filtered bandwidth, resulting in accurate tuning to
your favorite radio station. The wide bandwidth selection
offers the best sound quality.
Radio Data System (RDS)
Information about your favorite radio station on the dot matrix
display of your tuner! The Radio Data System provides
information about general things like the name of the radio
station, program type of the tuned program, displaying of the
actual time and radio text with additional information to played
music.
