TOC of CD-RW Disc is not read.

[SOLUTION]

Replace correct MICROPROCESSOR (O.T.P programmed) IC71 on the FRONT PCB.

First of all, please check the Micro processor version. It can be confirmed on the “SERVICE MODE”,
please refer to the CD5400 Service Manual on page 4 for the procedure.
