NOTE: This End User Guide is designed as a “quick reference” document for Prox.Pad end users,
especially for initial installations or new users. It is not intended for routine use, and does not
replace the more comprehensive information supplied in the separate Prox.Pad Installation/
Programming Manual.
Only the most basic information about monitoring or diagnosing the unit’s operating state is
included. Also included is information on how to contact your unit’s installer for assistance.

this chart is provided. It is highly recommended that you fi ll in the right-hand columns before the
installer leaves your facility following an initial installation.
