PRECAUCIONES DE SEGURIDAD
ADVERTENCIA: Antes de dar servicio a este chasis, lea "PRECAUCIONES RESPECTO A RADIACION POR RAYOS X",
"INSTRUCCIONES DE SEGURIDAD" y "AVISO SOBRE SEGURIDAD DE PRODUCTOS"
Muchas de las partes, electricas y mecánicas en este chasis tienen caracteristicas relacionadas con la seguridad. Estas caracteristicas frecuentemente pasan desapercibidas en las inspecciones visuales y la proteccion que proporcionan contra la RADIACION DE RAYOS-X no siempre necesariamente se obtiene al mismo grado cuando se reemplazan piezas o componentes diseñados para voltajes o vatajes mayores, etc. Las piezas que tienen estas caracteristicas de seguridad se identifican por la marca impresa sobre el diagrama esquematico y la marca
impresa en la lista de partes. Antes de reemplazar alguno de esos componente, lea cuidadosamente la lista de este manual. El uso de partes de reemplazo que no tengan las mismas caracteristicas de seguridad, como se especifica en la lista de partes, puede crear Radiacion de Rayos-X.
1. Cuando el receptor está en operación, se producen voltajes potencialmente tan altos como 25,000-29,000 voltios. Operar el receptor fuera de su gabinete o con la tapa trasera removida puede causar peligro de choque eléctrico. (1)Nadie debe intentar dar servicio si no está debidamente
familiarizado con las precauciones que son necesarias cuando se trabaja con un equipo de alto voltaje.
(2)Siempre descargue el ánodo del tubo de la imagen a tierra
para evitar el riesgo de choque eléctrico antes de remover la tapa del ánodo.
(3)Descargue completamente el alto potencial del tubo de
imagen antes de manipularlo. El tubo de la imagen es de alto vacío y, si se rompe, los fragmentos de vidrio salen despedidos violentamente.
2. Si se quemara algún fusible de este receptor de televisión, reemplácelo con otro especificado en la lista de partes.
3. Cuando reemplace tableros o plaquetas de circuitos, cuidadosamente enrolle sus alambres alrededor de las terminales antes de soldar.
4. Cuando reemplace un resistencia de vataje (resistor de película de óxido metálico) en el Tablero o Plaqueta de circuitos, mantenga la resistencia a un mínimo de 10mm de distancia.
5. Mantenga los alambres lejos de componentes de alto voltaje o de alta temperatura.
6. Este receptor de televisión debe conectarse a una fuente de 100 a 240 V AC.
7. Antes de devolver este aparato al cliente, haga una verificación de fuga de corriente sobre las partes metálicas del gabinete expuestas, tales como antenas, terminales, cabezas de tornillos, tapas de metal, palancas de control etc., para estar seguro de que el equipo funciona sin peligro de choque eléctrico. Enchufe el cordón directamente al tomacorriente de la línea de AC 100-240V.
No utilice una línea aislada de transformador durante esta verificación. Use un voltímetro de 1000 Ohmios por voltio de sensibilidad o más, en la forma que se describe a continuación. Cuando la unidad está ya conectada a la AC, pulse el conmutador primero poniéndolo en "ON" (encendiendo) y luego en "OFF" (apagando), mida desde un punto de tierra conocido, tal como una (cañería de metal, una manija metálica, una tubería etc.) a todas las partes metálicas expuestas del receptor de televisión (antenas, manijas de metal, gabinetes de metal, cubiertas de metal, palancas de control etc.,) especialmente cualquiera de las partes metálicas expuestas que puedan ofrecer un camino hacia el chasis. Ninguna medición de corriente eléctrica debe exceder de 0.5 miliamperios. Repita la prueba cambiando la posición del enchufe en el tomacorriente. Cualquier medición que no esté dentro de los límites especificados aquí representan un riesgo potencial de choque eléctrico que debe ser eliminado antes de devolver el equipo al cliente.

1. Campo de aplicación.
Esta hoja de especificaciones corresponde a un televisor LCD de 42/47 pulgadas, utilizado con un chasis LP7AA.
2. Especificación
Cada pieza se ha evaluado como se muestra a continuación sin un tratamiento especial.
2.1 Temperatura: 25 ±5°C (77 ± 9°F), CST: 40±5
2.2 Humedad relativa: 65 ±10%
2.3 Potencia:Tensión de entrada estándar (100~240V a 50/60Hz)
La tensión estándar de cada producto se indica según el modelo
2.4 La especificación y el funcionamiento de cada pieza se indican en el plano y especificación de cada número de pieza según la lista de materiales.
2.5 El receptor debe estar en funcionamiento unos 20 minutos antes de su ajuste

INSTRUCCIONES DE AJUSTE
1. Campo de aplicación
Esta hoja de especificaciones se aplica a todas las unidades LP7AA (H4) fabricadas en la sección de televisores de LG a nivel mundial.
2. Especificaciones
2.1 Dado que ésta no es una unidad térmica, no es necesario utilizar un transformador de aislamiento. Sin embargo, el uso de un transformador de aislamiento puede ayudar a proteger los instrumentos de prueba.
2.2 El ajuste se debe realizar siguiendo el orden correcto.
2.3 El ajuste se debe llevar a cabo a una temperatura de 25 ± 5°C y con una humedad relativa de 65 ± 10%, siempre que no exista una especificación concreta.
2.4 La tensión de entrada en el receptor debe mantenerse entre 100~220V, 50/60Hz.
2.5 Antes del ajuste, compruebe la temperatura de funcionamiento durante 30 minutos posicionándose en el MODO BLANCO COMPLETO (tecla de encendido).
3. Ajuste de elementos
3.1 Ajuste de elementos en el conjunto PCB
Memoria del canal
- Descargue los datos del canal de la lista de elementos en EEPROM, utilizando los números de identificación de LG.
Ajuste de opción, según la lista de elementos:
- Herramienta Opción1
- Herramienta Opción2
- Opción de área
(Figura. 1)
1) Pulse la tecla de ajuste en el mando a distancia.
2) Introduzca el número de la opción especificado en la lista
del envío.
3) Seleccione "Herramienta Opción1/Herramienta Opción2/
Opción de área" utilizando la tecla
/ para subir/bajar un
canal y pulse los números (0~9) de forma consecutiva
Ej.) Si el valor de la Herramienta Opción1 es 7, añada los
datos pulsando la tecla "7" (Fig. 1).
3.2 Ajuste de elementos
Balance de color automático, AV1.

5. Calibración ADC
5.1 Ajuste de AV
* Equipamiento requerido
Mando a distancia para el ajuste.
Generador de patrón 802F, Master (MSPG-925FA),
etc.
Generador de patrón MSPG-925FA. (Con señal de vídeo: patrón de barra de color 100%
según lo indicado en la Fig. 1).
=> Modelo: 202 / Patrón: 65 (PAL: CH).
Modelo: 207 / Patrón: 65 (NTSC-J).

5.1.1 Método de balance de color automático, AV.
1) Pulse la TECLA FRONTAL-AV en el mando a distancia para convertir el modo de entrada.
2) Introduzca la señal de vídeo: señal de barra de color 100% en AV (MA/TA).
3) Ajuste el PSM a Modo dinámico en el menú Imagen.
4) Pulse la tecla INSTART en el mando a distancia para el ajuste.
5) Pulse la tecla
(Vol. +) +) para iniciar el ajuste; éste
comenzará automáticamente.
6) "Auto-RGB OK" significa que se ha completado el ajuste.
5.1.2 Requisitos
Este ajuste del balance de color AV debe realizarse antes
que el Ajuste del balance de blancos.
5.2 Ajuste del Componente.

Generador de patrón 802F, Master (MSPG-925FA),
etc.
Generador de patrón MSPG-925FA (Con señal 720p a 50Hz YPbPr: patrón de barra de
color 100% como se muestra en la Fig. 2).
=> Modelo: 215 / Patrón: 65.
Es muy importante utilizar el modelo de ajuste
correcto, tal y como se indica en la Fig. 2.
# Si el nivel mínimo de negros y/o el nivel máximo de
blancos no son correctos, seleccione el patrón de la barra de color 100%.

5.2.1 Método del balance de color automático del componente
1) Introduzca el componente 720p señal de barra de color

5.3.1 Método de balance de color
1) En un PC de 1024x768 a 60Hz ajuste un diseño de barra de color 100% como se muestra en la Fig.3. en RGB.

6.1 Balance de blancos ma nual (PATRÓN INTERNO)
1) Ejecute CA-210(9CH), Calibrado Cero.
2) Ponga el conjunto en funcionamiento durante 30 minutos
para que se caliente.
3) Utilice el patrón cortez inner como se indica en la Fig. 4,
nivel 216 (85 IRE), pantalla completa.
4) Introduzca el modo de ajuste del balance de blancos
pulsando la tecla INSTART dos veces (Balance de blancos) en el mando a distancia.
5) Coloque el sensor en el centro de la pantalla y seleccione
cada elemento (aumento o compensación de rojo/verde/azul) mediante la tecla
/ (CH+/-) del mando
a distancia.
6) Ajuste el aumento de los tres colores utilizando la tecla
/
del mando a distancia.
7) Realice el ajuste hasta que la coordinación del color
aparezca tal y como se indica a continuación.
*Temperatura: Fría, Media, Cálida.
Uno de los colores (rojo/azul/verde) debe fijarse en 80 compensando el valor predeterminado de los dos colores restantes.
